I had this person Carlos do backyard paver work last year. As part of that work, he also did a paver step. Even when he finished the work, the edge of the paver step seemed be not done well. Now within 9 months since he did the work, those step pavers are coming loose. In fact one of my family member fell down simply while stepping down. It is a serious safety issue. I was offered a year worth warranty for workmanship. Now I am trying to get in touch with this Carlos for over 2 months now.
