Keep in mind doing this doesn't mean that the report will come out clear but it wouldn't allow the disclosure in the certification to be up for debate and I understood that. There's not too many things worse than toilets not flushing and waste water coming up through your bathtubs and showers. HELLLLLPPP!!!! I called A1 Septic Services late in the day and they were able to come early the next day. They kept me informed as to when they would arrive. They were punctual. Blake was very personable and told me he would have to pump out the septic tank. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was incredibly neat in digging up my landscaping to find the lid of the tank and equally neat in putting things back. My tank is an older fiberglass one and had developed a crack. Blake said it could be repaired, saving me the cost of a new tank, which could run over $25,000.00. Two or three days later Aaron arrived to do the repair. He too kept me informed as to when he would arrive. He had to disturb the landscaping once again and was every bit as neat in digging it up and putting it back. I have had multiple septic companies out over the past 12 years. After A1's visit, i will never use anyone else. I have been having trouble with the house backing up and someone suggested there may be a problem with the leech lines. Aaron was terrific, informative and honest. I have an older system with a fragile clay pipe inside the tank and they took special care to avoid touching it. These guys are truly A1. My husband & I recently bought a house and needed to get our septic tank pumped. Sebastian came out to pump it and noticed only water in the tank. He conducted a pressure test and discovered that the tight line to the seepage pit was clogged. He recommended sending a camera down to further inspect the tank/pipes. Aaron came out with a camera a few days later and sure enough, we discovered our pipes were completely smashed. After replacing the pipes, we called them up and they came out the very next day for another stress test & sure enough, it finally passed. These guys were extremely honest and professional. A1 emptied our septic tank 7 months ago and we were having a back up, when we called to see if they could come out to empty again they told us we most likely had a clogged drain and they didn't want to charge us to empty tank when that probably wasn't issue. Very honest! They recommend we call plumber which we did and solved the problem at a much lower cost.
