How does this place have five stars?! I just came from Kerman to get my truck smogged. I got a quote for $75 over the phone and when I get there he denies this pricing and quotes me higher. When I try talking to him, he throws my paperwork at me and tells me I can take my car somewhere else. Rude AF! How is this customer service rated five stars??? Not in my book! I took my second car in to smog. My first experience was definitely 5 star. The 2nd car had recently had a battery change and little driving. He explained the process to me and i needed to drive at 55 MPH on the freeway, for an hour because of the drive cycle. I was a little frustrated and he reassured me that it takes time. I did what he told me to do and came back. My car passed without a problem. He, again, was amazing! He did not have to take the time to explain everything to me and reassure me it would work. He gave me the opportunity to fix the potential problem and listening to him it did work. This was on a 25 year old car! I definitely recommend. read more

to lazy to smog my truck sent me elsewhere he said next time I said won't be next time. there are plenty of smog stations in Fresno that want the work take it to them. avoid this one he said my truck was modified it is lifted 4 inches I took it to express smog they had no problem smogging my truck they didn't need a ladder or anything to smog my truck. they just did the job couple older gentleman had no problems and my truck passed easily read more

Needed a smog check for the dmv and looked online to see who received the best reviews with a reasonable cost. This place came up and was close to my house. I did not regret it! It was $49 for my car plus $8 for the service fee or something and I was in and out in 10 minutes. He is super friendly and just got down to business.
