They took the time to sand down all the railings and areas that would be frequently touched or rubbed against. They also pressure washed the entire deck when they finished!! Not only did they build the amazing deck but they also had it finished within a week! We also had ordered a new back door through them and wanted a doggie door added to it which they handled. The installation was quick and precise. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work the team at K&S has done for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. Their workmanship was so poor it all had to be redone. This company says they are "fully insured" but refused to provide any insurance info, and ignored all phone calls and emails to pay for damages. Police even tried to get their insurance info but they lied to police and said they would pay for damages which they never did. Seriously doubt they even have insurance. Said they "miscalculated" the amount of stone needed. Yeah, right. My yard is rather small, so I'm not buying THAT! Screamed at staff, so much so my family AND NEIGHBORS heard it.
