While he can be pricey, trust me ik, he will drive out to wherever you are & give you the best possible experience. It makes the cost worth every cent. I had a situation where some greasy Arab food spilled on my orange leather seat. I was freaking out & calling/researching a bunch of places. I am lucky that I decided on going with Andres. To admit, I paid $480 which is absolutely crazy for a car detail, but i got a special package to fully steam & deep clean my interior & a number of other things. Andres & his buddy, Giovanni, spent FIVE HOURS working on my car. I almost felt bad for how much they worked on cleaning it. ~THE RESULT: My car was glossy/waxy for the next two weeks before it started getting dirty again. Without me saying anything, people at my job & school were complimenting my car wash & someone even asked me to send them LAVI's business page. My seats were not only clean of oil, the orange on the inside was like 3 shades brighter. I would have NEVER realized how dirty they were, considering i get frequent hand-washes on my interior. Andres did something to my leather that brighten up the color & removed a thick layer of dirt that was sitting on the surface. My wheels looked stunning. Obviously, the car is pretty gorgeous to begin with but somehow it got more beautiful. I will definitely go with LAVI again if i have an incident w my car again. Car seemed clean So I assumed that after Having spend 2 hours on the Mercedes Andres would do a basic quick washed on this one, I was wrong. ANDRES took the time of removing the wax or polish paste from the seems of the panels outside left by a profesional detailing company in Malibu and made it look like now and far better (for 1/6th of the prices paid in Malibu) AGAIN CAR LOOKED GOOD BUT AFTER HE FINISHED WE COULD TELL WHAT THE OTHER GUYS MISSED.
