I had an amazing experience with Valentin and Isol! They detailed my Model 3 Tesla (full detail, included exterior car wash), and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were right on time, super professional, and so detail-oriented. They worked magic on an unfortunate kombucha spill in my ventilated/heated seats, I was so nervous that cleaning it would damage the seat ventilation feature or smell like rotten fruit juice forever but it's like it never happened! He'd get 10 stars if I could! Vi's really delivered! Have had a few other mobile folks over the years but Valentin is clearly the best. My Kia is 1.5 years old and never been detailed or waxed ( wife's car) and needed the full clay bar treatment. It was pretty bad. Probably been 2-3 months since it was even last washed. I'm telling you the car now looks better than it did when I bought it when all they did was a fast wash. This thing is smooth as silk and blindingly polished. Inside is also perfect in every nook and cranny. Even my wife was like, wow! And then... my only 2 month new Cadilac Lyric. Somehow I managed to run over some can of spay paint on the road and it popped open and sprayed the entire passenger side of the car with droplets of paint! I couldn't believe it! I didnt notice it for 3 days since it was on the passenger side so it was fully dried when I saw it last night. I tried some stuff myself today and couldn't get it off. I was going to bring it to the body shop where they most likely would have charged me to repaint the whole side. So with Vi's already scheduled and here, I showed it to him and he said "let me see what I can do" . Well he did it! Now It's perfect and like new again and is actually now a smoother finish ( with new polish) than the rest of the car... with no swirl marks or damage! I really thought I was screwed but he came through. And was very reasonable for what he charged to do it too. So cant recommend him enough. He and his helper moved fast and worked hard but were super "detailed" in their work, and you could see they know their stuff. Vi said he used to work for another detailer for many years and then started his own business. His mobile van has all the right gear they need with ionized water tank , blowers, polishers and lots of different products. And his prices are better than others I checked with for all the work he does. And he was able to come out quickly and when I needed him with good communication from his person on the phone making appointments. Vi's is my place going forward! read more
