I was running late due to traffic and didn't realize they closed at 5 PM. When I finally got there, Mike tested the speaker and told me there was actually nothing wrong with it. What really impressed me was his honesty. I had already taken it to another place, and their solution was simply to buy a new speaker. Mike could have easily tried to sell me a repair or charge me for his time, but instead he was upfront and said everything checked out fine. To top it off, he didn't even want to charge me for inspecting it. That's the kind of integrity that's hard to find these days. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!

Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. What he didn't mention, was that he would have to delete ALL keys already programmed to my vehicle and reprogram ALL remotes again and charge me full price for each remote. I checked with another Locksmith (Gio Keys) and he confirmed that ALL keys do have to be deleted and reprogrammed, but it was included with the reprogramming, as it only took an extra 2 minutes for each additional key. A1 Locksmith tried to take advantage of the situation to make some extra cash for a minute or two of his time‍, just to sit there while the machine did the work!

The guy who I later learned is Ozzy, said bring the key snd the cylinder, but then I thought to myself, I might as well try to drive the car so he can test it. I'm glad I did because based on what Ozzy was quoting me over the phone was quite less after he ran some tests with keys he made and tested them to the door and ignition. At the end I left with a new key for the ignition, doors, and trunk, as well as a spare that will work the doors and my original key that can still work with the ignition. I hope to not have any future key problems with the cars, but if I do, I won't think twice about going to The Car Key Shop first.
