I had an emergency clean up-my husky pooped on our new carpet and I had back surgery so I couldn't clean it. Kevin responded quickly and said "don't touch anything. Just close the door and I will be there at some point today." True his word, Kevin got to my house, assessed the damage (it was pretty gross and extensive) and set to work. I truly hoped he could get the stains out. After about an hour's hard work he called me upstairs. Amazingly, the carpet was spotlessly clean.
