A2Z is excellent. Kevin was very responsive to my questions and made recommendations based on my needs. I have two pups and also do pet-sitting at times. Unfortunately that means accidents sometimes and despite my attempts to clean up stains and remove odors, my full size carpet cleaner, green machine, carpet deodorizers, urine destroyer, everything...I just couldn't get the stains and odors out. I knew I was going to be traveling and pups would be out of the house, so I used this opportunity to have a friend let Kevin in to do the cleaning. I had an emergency clean up-my husky pooped on our new carpet and I had back surgery so I couldn't clean it. Kevin responded quickly and said "don't touch anything. Just close the door and I will be there at some point today." True his word, Kevin got to my house, assessed the damage (it was pretty gross and extensive) and set to work. I truly hoped he could get the stains out. After about an hour's hard work he called me upstairs. Amazingly, the carpet was spotlessly clean. A few hours later when the rug was dry, there was no trace of poop or stains. Btw, the carpet is LIGHT gray. Plus, even though Kevin was squeezing me in to clean the stain, he did the whole carpet.
