We returned to the shop, and while at the counter Mr. Garmon came from the shop very hostilely and spoke in a very unprofessional tone regarding the alignment. Mr. Garmon stated that the alignment was correct per the specs and that we purchased some cheap tires from China is why the alignment was off. After not being able to reason with the owner regarding the alignment we asked for a refund. He refused but indicated that he would rotate new tires to solve the problem.
