Ive been coming to this and only this auto tech for several years now, after my dad had recommended them based off price and speed of service. A reliable, honest auto - repair business can be unfortunately tough to come by... These guys plain and simple do what they're supposed to do. You come in asking for an oil change - you get an an oil change, at a very reasonable price. At what point I wonder... did most well known auto repair shops decide that a request for an oil change was essentially asking for a full blown diagnostic of what parts may fail in your vehicle within the next 1-3 years..? .. I'll have an oil change, please. And even better - should you need other routine maintenance/repairs of whatever kind, Kennesaw Auto Tech will find the issue, do the job well and not break the bank. If you live in or near the Kennesaw area - do yourself a favor (and save some frustration) by not wasting time/money with auto shops more interested in hustling profit than honest business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!! They will tell you lies and charge you for work that was never done. I took my truck in to have them replace the bearings on the left front wheel. I supplied the parts. Later the same day I got a call from Raj saying it did not need bearings but they did the work as requested (supposedly!). Then he said the pins that hold the brake caliper on were frozen and he would have to cut them off. He did know the left steering knuckle had been replaced in June. This took place in August. There is NO way the pins were rusted shut in 2 months! Not physically possible!! I don't care what Raj says nature doesn't work like that. They charged me for an hour labor for something that was physically impossible to happen. This is a DISHONEST business and do no take your vehicle to them. I tried to get a refund for the hour labor. Of course he tried backpedaling his way of by lying through his teeth and would not issue the deserved refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The noise that he assured was fixed is still there. Now I'm not convinced they replaced the bearings at all. read more

I believe this place can do better if the person at the front desk could at least stop being upset with customers for actually nothing. listening and good communication is important for business. They changed my alternator and belt a few months ago . I went back twice thereafter because the belt was making noise and is still is. They said it was the water pump. I had another mechanic check and suggested that it is belt. I used WD40 spray and the noise goes immediately. I went back to this place talked to the person at the front desk . He was so upset . We went with him to check my car and I just could not help but laugh at his reaction . I m still laughing . That was unnecessary . Do not assume every situation is a fight. If a customer is in doubt, calmly explain the issue as an expert. You are the one that has the knowledge. Some customers like me are clueless. Dont be so defensive.We just need to be assured that we are not wasting money. read more

I drive a 2011 Toyota Camry-- first I went to valvoline right down the street & they told me it'll be $70 or $89 bucks for an oil change and then they had the nerve to tell me "if Iyou go somewhere else & get cheap oil your motor will be no good in a year".. ... C'mon man since when did a simple oil change cost damn near $100 bucks? Sadly the brake light was actually broken and rusted into the socket but they did everything they could and got it out and replaced my bulb for me! Do not go here for brake pads. Not only is the staff rude, but they steal your money and do not do the work. They charged me almost $500 for new front and rear brake pads. Not even a year later and less than 15,000 Miles, the rear brake pads are completely gone. After calling them up, the guy at the desk immediately begins yelling at me over the phone. I guess this kind of thing happens all the time at this shop. DO NOT BUY BRAKES FROM THESE GUYS. The facts are this: These "Top of the line" brake pads only lasted 15,000 miles. I have used this shop for the past several years to get the oil changed in my car. Always in the past they have been very friendly. Yesterday I called to see about dropping my car off today to have it serviced and was told it would not be a problem. At 10 : 15 today I walked in and before I could even say I had spoke with someone the man said they ere to busy and would not be able to help me. Two bays were empty, no one sitting in waiting area but they were to busy. He was very rude. Not the same guy that usually is in the front office. read more

For everything from oil changes and emissions to major repairs. Kennesaw Autotech deserve top ratings, they have worked on everything from my new Lincoln to my classic mustang. If by some chance something doesn't go perfectly Jason will take care of it, he really cares about his customers. Ever been to a garage and the mechanics are yelling about something or other usually involving curse words or other vulgarities? Well NOT this place. I took my daughter 07 Ford Focus there because the car wouldn't turn over. I had 3 different mechanic look at her car and they all provided wrong information so I was tired of replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced. Read some reviews on other sites before stopping by here to have my oil changed and brakes checked because they were squeaking. I found those reviews to be spot on. The staff was friendly and didn't try to hit me with a hard sell on anything. My rear brakes were squeaking so they checked them out and told me all I needed was to have them cleaned and tightened. No need for expensive new parts or additional services. The price was reasonable so I had them do it. Great place to have work done at so I will definitely be back. read more

I have taken all my vehicles here since I moved down from Chicago. Now, I have serviced my Audi, Land Rover and Lexus here and have never disappointed. What I really like about the management is that if its not broken then why fix it. They do not try to rip you off and are one of the most honest group of guys I have ever met. The only problem I have with this place is that I feel like I got ripped off on an oil change. Their advertised price right on the side of the building says $18.95 oil change. My price ended up being $30. Don't ask me how. I don't have a specialty car (newer model Toyota Corolla) or anything, and didn't get anything extra. I didn't argue with them because I was in a hurry so that's on me but don't go there expecting an oil change for the advertised price. read more

These guys are great! I took my Audi A4 to a mechanic before coming here and they couldn't do a brake job because they couldn't get the brake piston to retract and said that there was probably something wrong with the electrical system. Brought it to this place and they knew right off the bat what needed to be done and were able to work me in on top of their busy schedule. I will definitely be back... Also my battery on my iPhone ran low while I was waiting and they were kind enough to let me use one of theirs! read more

If you are a women do not visit this shop, they will use scare tactics to get you to allow them to make repairs to your car. I went by for an oil change yesterday and asked for my brakes to be looked at Jason the manager said that I needed rear brakes down for almost 600 bucks!! When I said I didn't want them done he asked if I still wanted the oil change...really!?!!!? Once he changed it I went to work and say that my hubcap hadn't been replaced. I called the next morning, he said he didn't see one around and then got defensive and said "are you saying I followed you and stole it!?" He put me on hold and came back and said it was on the car when you left I checked the camera maybe it flew off...really!??? Those things don't just fly off! He said well we did it which he didn't. He kept accusing me of losing it or someone stealing! Stay clear of this shady place, that discrimates against women!!!! read more
