I am not sure if this is corporate or franchise, but whichever it is, they run like a well-oiled machine and I appreciate their accurate time estimates for service. They balance friendliness and efficiency very well. I don't choose chains often, but I'm very pleased with this location. An online appointment will also cut down your wait time, but they are also as timely as they can be with walk-ins. I also found out this trip that they do wiper replacements, which is nice to know if I need that in between my oil changes (my mechanic does those.) Given what I paid for them, I am not as happy with my new set of tires as I was with the old ones (but that's not on Discount Tire -- that's on Bridgestone for discontinuing the best tire ever!)

I chose Northeast Tire Solution because, according to google, they close at 6 pm and because of its location. When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)

They don't make any appointments, so it's first come first served. After intake--phone #, name, address, and what you want to get done--you'll leave your car with your tech and wait. It must've been about 40 minutes before I received a phone call that my car was ready. That's the only reason for 4 stars. My tech informed me they were unable to rotate my tires due to the fact that my front tires didn't have enough tread left on them. That was a good information since I will have to purchase new tires very soon. I thought that was a good customer service instead of went ahead and completed the job unnecessarily. Oil change ranges from basic for $29.88 to full synthetic for $45.88. There's one in the middle for $35.88. My tech recommended either the basic or the full synthetic. Since my car does not require full synthetic oil, I opted to go with the basic. Tire rotation is $2.50 per tire--I thought it was interesting since no one gets only one tire rotated, right? Shop opens at 7:00 am Mon--Sat, and at 8:00 am on Sunday.
