I procrastinated calling for a few months, but wanted to get the tree stable before the summer monsoons. I called M & M Tree Experts on a Thursday morning at 9AM. I spoke with Janet on the phone about my tree and where I live, she said Marty (her husband) could be out at 10AM on his way to another home out my way. Marty came over and I was expecting to just get a quote, but I got a lot more than just a quote! Marty shared his tree knowledge with me and explained how to best fix the tree. He also looked at my other two trees and gave me tips and advice on how to cut the trees, irrigate the trees and care for the trees around the base so I don't have problems down the road! Marty instructed me on what to do to fix the tree myself, since it needed a slower process to recovery. He said if I need to go with plan B I can call him to take a more aggressive approach to fix the tree. I wish I could pay him for his expert knowledge he shared with me in 15 minutes. He even gave me tips for my citrus trees! I figured an amazing review on Yelp would be an appreciated thank you!! I highly recommend!

It was a 2x+ job. I commented that that's why he was so competitive. Anyway, we talked and I agreed to pay more(undisclosed) and he said, we are here, let's do it. This was a very big monster 34 yr old mesquite with 24" dia trunk. His crew slayed the dragon and I can't be happier. These guys are professional and on top of their game. They stacked the wood as requested, ground out stump, and left the yard as if the tree never existed. Isaac has huge integrity and once he realized his quoting mistake, he still did the job and did not ask for more money. Quotes from other companies were way higher. On Sight was on the lower end of quotes and James was the only person I spoke with who expressed concern for my family's safety and that with another storm coming in the tree could cause further damage to our property. I also appreciated that given the possibility of further damage, they got us in right away. James arrived when he said he would and clearly explained what he would do to remove the tree and all possible scenarios.
