Overall, the crust is fresh and a perfect thickness for a true New York style pizza. My only complaint, is the cheese does remind me of a lean cuisine or hot pocket. It doesn't seem like high quality cheese. Maybe the beef could be of higher quality too. This is just how I feel and I think most people wouldn't notice it.
