I have visited this local treasure to browse a couple of times and had always received a warm welcome and enjoyed their high end selections ... Today was just a little different as I was not just browsing I was on a mission to replace a a pair of family earrings I had passed on to my daughter... From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was home...I explained what I was thinking and before I could become overwhelmed Mr Kosta and his son provided me with the best options and insight into each... Once we had settled on a lovely pair with pricing that was spot on and well within my budget - I noticed a few other pairs that again were absolutely perfect. As we settled up Mr Kosta noticed my ring and noted that it was hand made and asked if I would allow him to clean it... which I jumped at! Within 5 minutes...my ring SPARKLED like new! As everything was elegantly boxed and packed up Mr Kosta asked me to wait just one minute... quickly returning from the back he said...You mentioned you travel for work...correct? I had high hopes after reading the positive reviews. I've been looking for a good jewelry repair person, and could have brought him a lot of future business. Clearly, he's not the one.

Parking was a bit difficult but worth it . We were warmly greeted and taken care of promptly and professionally. Everyone here is personable and very well educated in what they sell . My Mille Miglia was sent out to the factory service center in Florida for expert repairs. We had such a good experience here I bought my lovely bride a 14.5 carat TW necklace .
