This was after I mentioned that any sort of replacement piece would do. I left QJR with all my jewelry, deciding to go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else, and for now, I can tell you the other jeweler replaced my missing earring piece for free! (As it should be, the replacement piece is probably worth .10 cents wholesale). I finally broke down and ordered the bracelets and received my June charmer. The bracelets are as cute as they are advertised to be, and the price (I believe it was $33.10 with tax and shipping) is very reasonable for what you get. Try buying the 20-or-so charms it takes to make a bracelet like this for less than $50 or $60! Probably can't be done, unless you feel like flying to China. I ended up sending the bracelet back, though -- not because I didn't like it, but simply because the metal charms left marks (green) on my wrist and the metal is not hypoallergenic. I'm still getting a bill for the bracelet I returned (this is only July, though) and I don't know whether this is going to become an issue or not, but I have proof of delivery so I'm not terribly concerned, as sometimes billing is automated and is sent before the paperwork catches up to it.... These are a knock-off of some of the high-end Pandora charm bracelets, and for the price, the bracelets are a good value, but only if you can wear really inexpensive metal. The lamp work glass and the enamel charms are of much higher quality than the metal ones, which are made of some sort of pot metal that I can't even identify. I'm a little bummed that these didn't work out, but you get what you pay for, and you can't expect Tiffany's quality for $33. (Well, I guess you can if you want to, but you'll be sorely disappointed!) If you purchase the entire subscription (12 bracelets), you get a display box for the collection, which would be nice too. The Danbury Mint sells these exact same bracelets, which I discovered while doing a Google search for Willabee & Ward, but Willabee & Ward has better customer service and prettier advertising. In short, I'd do business with this company again -- the bracelet was "as-advertised," shipped quickly, and a good value, and it isn't Willabee & Ward's fault that I have sensitive skin.
