I didn't hear back when I followed up she switched up and said I had to pay and that the work was fair for what we paid? My old downspout went behind the front wall of the house and drained under a flowerbed. After…read morenumerous attempts to unclog it, I looked into having a company replace and reroute the downspout to drain into the yard. After another company gave me a pretty outrageous price, I called City Gutters, who evaluated my situation over the phone. After texting several photos, they said they could replace it for their minimum price per job and scheduled me for two days later. I won't be able to see it in action until the next heavy rain obviously, but it looks well-made. I'm glad I got a second opinion after the other company tried to convince me my style of gutters was so hard to work with, hence the high price. The tech built and installed my new downspout in about an hour. I won't hesitate to reach out to them again.
