Very, very bad experience!! Done gutter cleaning in Jan and later found water overflow in Mar when heavy raining. Then, asked them to come to my house to check what's going wrong but denied..... later, I climbed to the roof and took a look my self, surprisingly, I saw 4 of 6 downspouts were not cleaned (thus blocked) at all plus one gutter was totally uncleaned! Uploaded 3 pictures: uncleaned gutter, uncleaned downspout and cleaned (by myself) downspout. By this case, I was not unsatisfactory but angry with such a bad, low quality of service. read more

You guys! I hired Kale to wash the windows on my single story home based on a recommendation from a friend. I am so happy I did! He was communicative. On the day of the appointment, he was able to to fit me in earlier than anticipated and called to ask if that was ok. Kale was super thorough too. The screens were removed and washed. That bottom part of the window where all of the dirt and dead bugs collect was wiped clean too. His price was fair and I'll use him again. I don't know about you, but I hate cleaning windows, so having this company out there is a great find! read more

Very disappointed in the service I received, I have used Kale a few times in the past for pressure washing and window cleaning when it was just him. But now with his new business model, it took him and his two workers a whole day to clean windows and pressure wash the front walkway, and garage and the work was subpar. Kale spent most of the time talking to his workers or on the phone rather than doing the work that he use to do. They did a bad pressure washing job where the walkways etc were not clean. As far as the window cleaning, none of my tracks were cleaned or door thresholds and they were left filthy. Along with that my screens were not removed and cleaned either. When I complained to Kale he said he was too busy to come back out and said that "we were not a good fit" He is also very expensive. So if you want to pay alot of money and get a poor job, call Always Shine! He also intially offered a $150 refund which I never received. read more

Always Shine did such an incredible job with our home! After moving here two years ago, the cobwebs and dirty windows high up in our entrance finally got to me. We're having a special event at our home next week, so I called last week for their premium service, and they were able to come the next day! The premium service is SO worth it... my whole house got a nice shower (they were even able to spray away a couple old wasp nests in the eaves!), the sills and screens are clean, and of course every window is sparkling! Always Shine Window Cleaning did an amazing emergency job at our house within a two hours notice when another person dumped the work quarter way through and our house was ready for a photoshoot for the market, even on a holiday and after hours. In spite of all this, I was not taken for a ride and charged insane amounts. Kale was amazing at his work, punctuality, care, and genuineness, Rarely met in the business world. Always Shine cleaned our gutters last week in time for the rain coming this week. Kale was so nice and worked so hard. He was able to see what the problem was with them and clean and fix them accordingly. We live in new construction and the builder Watt Communities had said our gutters were full of leaves. Well they were not full of leaves but rather roofing debris. Some of the holes that lead water down the drain tubes had not been punched out either. So he fixed them all up and tested them to make sure they were working properly. He also was very responsive when I needed an emailed invoice to send to our builder.
