This Company really knows how to clean even the most difficult film, and spot build up on my new and old windows. The two men and a trainee got to work early and kept going, until the 2 garages and 2,400 sq. ft. job was finished. They're too good to provide service for a 1 bedroom apartment, even though I agreed to pay their minimum fee. I wanted my carpet & blinds cleaned so it would have been above the minimum amount anyway. I wonder if I would have said I had a "condo" would it have made a difference. read more

To date we have been waiting for 2 months for this company to return and do our gutters again since they botched the first and second attempts. I have documented proof from homeowners of my HOA that this company never touched their gutters. Our manager told us that the company would be giving us a date to come back and reclean. Is this true? This was over 2 months ago. We havent heard back anythung except that you will give us a date. The board is not paying them unless they come back and actually do the cleaning service we contracted them to do. If our manager is saying one thing you haven't said please let the president know so we can just move on and forget about it. read more

My initial contact with Perfectly Clear was professional and timely. There was a slight problem when they arrived, because the job was more complicated than it sounded on the phone. We had a couple of false starts to reschedule, but they were always professional and helpful. When we did get the job done, it looks magnificent, and they washed the house at no extra charge to make up for the scheduling difficulty. They also didn't charge more than the original estimate, which I felt was underbid. We will definitely have them back. read more

We have used perfectly clear quite a bit and for the most part are satisfied. Joe and Dean do really good work and seem to love what they do. The office gal is my favorite she's very nice has great customer service sounds super sexy but still denies me the opportunity of a date. One day I will prevail. I used them for gutter cleaning, and found them on Angie's list (they had great reviews there). They not only cleaned the gutters and downspouts, they cleared the leaves off the roof and FROM MY YARD (front and back), and raked them into neat piles on the street. And I live in midtown, surrounded by sycamore trees, so there were LOTS of leaves. They didn't even charge for the leaf removal, but I'm adding a nice tip in appreciation. I am impressed by the thorough cleaning from the cleaning ladies yesterday. They came right on time and worked steadily the entire time they were here. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless, including the oven and refrigerator. Today, the carpet crew came. These guys were incredible. Had them come out to do air duct cleaning, gutter cleaning, and carpet cleaning on a new home we purchased. They were very helpful, insightful, and reasonably priced. We were getting quotes from a few companies for gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning, we were buried in pine needles! Perfectly Clear doesn't usually travel this far but they said they'd do the job. Our guy arrived on time, and he was was friendly and courteous. He did a great job on getting the pine needles off the house, then went into the yard and cleaned up everything he'd blown down there! These guys came out recently to do all the windows in our house (and we have a lot of windows!). I had requested price ranges from several glass cleaning companies and these guys not only had the best bid but the friendliest and most efficient communication. They were able to accommodate my rather last minute job, and both arrived and completed the work on time. They were super professional, efficient, friendly and respectful--without being asked, they even removed their shoes before entering the house. They honored the price originally quoted, even though I think the job was a little bigger than expected. Our windows looked amazing afterward, and I could tell they take great pride in their work! Yesterday, I had an appointment with this company to clean my gutters. Had scheduled a 1:30 appt a week or so ahead of time; received a text from them the night before reminding me of the 11:30 appt. First sign of trouble.THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. NO CALL, NO TEXT, NOTHING. Left several voicemail messages. They never called back. Didn't call the next day either. Took time off of work; I own a small business and lost money waiting all day for nothing. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WAS a new client for them. Not anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

We are new to having our home cleaned, so I'll be honest that I was not sure what to expect and there was a great deal of initial deep cleaning needed. Two very nice ladies came to focus on our greasy kitchen and the bathroom and they did a really great job. We will continue to have them come monthly and I think in time I'll see more of what they can do! We also had our windows cleaned and to this day, we look out and for a moment think the window is open because they are so clear! Found these guys through Yelp..They were able to schedule an appt the following week. They were on time, and professional. Turned out our new homes gutters had never been cleaned (10+ years). The process took about 90 mins. They cleaned up all the stinky mess before they left. I have used the service twice. Both times with Elvira and Hilda. They do an excellent job! My husband is a chef and our oven/stove always has food spills (he swears he can't see them) and both times after they left my husband was amazed. The oven looks brand new! They are reasonably priced too. The only small complaint (if you can call it that) is that I have to book way in advance for them but I'm pretty sure there are other crews that are available too. I am sorry to have to write this review but I have given this company 2 chances to clean my house and both times they did not do a good job. I called after the first time to share my concerns and they kindly gave me a free second cleaning. The second cleaning was better than the first but I still had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that were not even touched. I have never had that happen with any other housecleaning service. When I called to complain the owner said they did not have enough time to properly finish the house. How could they not schedule enough time the second time when they knew the size of the house? This is by far the strangest experience I have had with a housecleaning company. I will be going back to my previous cleaners now that I've realized how awesome they are. read more

Had my apartment cleaned and the carpets cleaned. Great experience the house cleaners were fast and thorough, which is great when they charge by the hour. The carpet cleaners took out stains in a one bedroom apartment that held two cats and a dog for six years. Never thought the carpets would look that good ever again. Better than the day we moved in.
