Best auto body shop in the county! The guys at AA Auto Body Shop know what to do, and do a great job! The door of my VPG MV-1 van got pulled out of my hand by a heavy wind gust! It dented the front quarter panel and bent my hinges ‍. I called AA Auto Body and they told me to come by the next day! They are a busy shop, but they took some time to look at my van, give me repair options and they actually popped out the dent and fixed my door while I was there! I highly recommend this shop! I was meeting my friend at AA Auto Collision Center to give her a ride home. This shop had been highly recommended to her for auto body work. I arrived early and thought this would be a good time for me to change out a burnt out brake light, but readily saw that it wasn't that easy to get to. As I approached the office (not even IN the office yet) a kind person who was still eating his lunch said "Can I help you?" I told him I was just here to give a friend a ride home, and asked him if he could tell me how to access my brake light. He said, "Oh I can take care of it for you." I definitely was not expecting that! He brought out a tool, popped the fasteners out, changed the bulb out and put everything back. No Charge. I was so appreciative! You never get this kind of good will service anywhere. I do hope he was able to finish his lunch! read more

Was recently in my first car accident, in which I was rear ended when I was stopped out on 41st Ave. At this point, you of course have to find a place to take your car to get repaired, and I had heard of the guys over here at AA Auto, so took it there. Since I had never gone through this process before (i.e., dealing with insurance companies), was a bit nervous, but the guys at AA Auto handled everything for me. Next morning after the accident, called to get a estimate scheduled, and they just told me to bring it by in a few hours. I pulled up, they took a look at the car, and provided me with an accurate estimate right there on the spot. No waiting for the estimate appointment or anything. Few days later I was able to bring the car in to get the work done. Christian who is working the front desk (among other things) is the man, and took care of EVERYTHING, including dealing with AAA, having them come take a look at the car, and working out all the payment and what not. During the whole process Christian was honest, up front, and clear with everything that was going on. Just picked up my car today, and it's looking back to it's same old self! Wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back here (if the need were to arise, fingers crossed it won't). Don't even look elsewhere, these guys know what they're doing! Thanks AA Auto! read more

These guys are great! I had someone hit my parked nearly new car causing bumper damage that was too significant to ignore. After getting quotes from other body shops and getting the best estimate from the guys at AA I decided to go with them for the repair. They followed through and did the repair exactly as I had requested for exactly the price they initially quoted (no surprise charges). On top of doing solid work, Christian was willing to do everything he could to make sure I didn't get screwed by the insurance company and was very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. This is my 2nd positive review for this shop. I dented my brand new truck (my fault) and drove it by to get their opinion. They stopped what they were doing and examined the dent and small paint chip. They gave me an estimate but suggested that I drive the truck more before deciding. It wasn't that bad and maybe I'd get used to it (or maybe I'd hit something else in a tight parking lot! ;-). I decided to wait and drove it to the mountains for the weekend. I came back with sap on the roof and hood. They, again, stopped their work and wiped off the sap and gave me more good advice. These guys are good at their work, honest, and friendly. I am AMAZED at the work Juan did on my car in such a short amount of time. I went in expecting to walk out the door losing $800-$1,000 to fix my front bumper for my 2014 Toyota Corolla but Juan was able to fix it within 10 mins for free right in front of me!!!!!! BEST SERVICE ANYWHERE so far. Unfortunately I've needed auto body repairs due to other drivers in town, as well as vandalism AND a manufacturer defect in the paint of one area of my car. Carlos scheduled my appt for only the manufacturer defect repair (other repairs had been done through insurance or side work elsewhere,) and it was a good, healthy WAIT. Worth it! These guys are just fantastic. Today was the second time heading over there with my 19 year old's ABUSED vehicle. Terrible excuse of a body shop. Do not take any work here. Owner is untruthful, and immature to deal with. Were paid to install a new said bumper and paint said bumper. Installed the bumper, did not colour match the bunker and left several markings on the bumper. Leaving me with a honestly pathetic colour match and damage. When it was brought to the owners attention he became irate, said he would pay to it redone somewhere to my liking. Did so and provided the invoice to him, he said the invoice was "not legitimate" and now refuses to take my calls. Terrible shop, terrible owner, go elsewhere. Juan Carlos and Brian are the best! They repaired a front end collision on our Honda Accord. We decided not to file it as an insurance claim, and they saved us a lot of money! They found parts at low prices, talked with us about options for repair, and worked with us to reduce costs. Their customer service was excellent! They kept us apprised of the repair progress by sending us texts and photos of the car in progress -- this is the first time an auto shop has ever done this sort of thing for us. I took my vehicle in for repairs on Monday and Juan Carlos promised to have it ready by Friday or the following Monday at the latest. Four days later, on Thursday, I received a call from Juan Carlos who stated that they had not started work on my vehicle due to the rain and that it would take several days longer than originally anticipated. When I asked why they hadn't bothered to contact me earlier he stated that he had the wrong telephone number. Problem: the work order that he had written up had my correct telephone number so that is no excuse . No further explanations or apologies.
