If I could give zero stars, I would. We contacted them to have the glass replaced. I called them, and then I went in to have the car inspected; they said they would order a windshield specifically for my model and call me back. They said it would take about a week. Well, two weeks passed after it was supposed to arrive--no call. Then three weeks passed. Basically, a whole month went by, and I ended up getting the windshield replaced by another company. They never called to say, "Okay, we don't have it" or "We can't get it"--they just left me hanging indefinitely. Their customer service is zero. If they don't have the part or can't order it, just say so straight out. Why waste people's time? Morons. read more

I contacted him through Yelp and he was responsive to my questions about my husband's cracked windshield on his Subaru Crosstrek. The windshield is a special glass and has sensors. I think the warning system is called Eyesight. We learned that the glass cracks easily and the system has to be recalibrated after the windshield is replaced. It's not a simple replacement like most cars. My husband went to Subaru first and it was going to be very expensive. This wasn't surprising since it was the dealer. The quote I got from this guy was much less and he followed through with that price for the full repair. My husband was happy with everything. So we recommend this guy, especially if you have a car with this safety system connected to the windshield. read more
