On or about April 15, 2026, I contacted your office to confirm information about my case status. During that interaction, I was informed that I had a scheduled court date. However, upon contacting the court directly, I was told that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. Due to this discrepancy, I contacted your office again for clarification. At that time, I was reassured that there was no warrant and that I only had a court date scheduled. However, after being placed on hold for several minutes, I was then informed that there was in fact a warrant. The call ended without explanation, and when I followed up, I was unable to obtain a clear or consistent answer. Given these conflicting statements, I am requesting the following: Written confirmation of all information your office has regarding my case status as of April 15, 2026 Documentation of any actions taken by your company in relation to my bond Confirmation as to whether any affidavit, including a 17.19 affidavit, was filed or initiated in connection with my case If applicable, confirmation that all required procedures, including notice requirements under HB 2697, were followed prior to any such filing My intent is to obtain accurate information so that I may properly understand and address my legal obligations. This is a horrible company with ghetto rude employees. This company is a scam. I posted bond for my son on June 5th and on June 8th the took the bond off my son and he was re-arrested on July 14. The reason I was told is because I was rude to them on the phone. I wasn't rude to them on the phone, they accepted my money then turned around and kept it and didn't keep the bond on my son who didn't do anything wrong to them. The McKinney location seriously sucks. I delt with a man named Matt at 10:00 this morning, after waiting for him to help me for about 15 mins, he finally got off his chair and asked what he could do.
