BE AWARE and recommended to STAY AWAY from this business. One star is waaay to generous. Wish i could leave a negative star rating. I called the day before to confirm they still had the vehicle i was interested in. They said yes. I purchased a flight down, spent all the money to uber to their location after having asked on the phone that they knew i was spending all that money and time and effort, to be kind enough not to waste my time... the lot salesman casually mentions in conversation right as i was headed over to their lot to see the car, that they went and sold it 15 minutes earlier. WHAT KIND OF CRAP PEOPLE DO THAT!!! Family member needed a replacement vehicle pronto in Feb '21. We looked at several used car dealerships online and were a bit skeptical about the prices on AA Motor Sales Page. But since their prices were in the range we could afford headed over to one of their 2 locations and saw some decent, low mileage, older vehicles. They told of of similar cars at their other locations and we drove to that site. Sure enough, there was a perfect for what we wanted /needed car for under $4K (before tax, title, etc). No pressure sales - we got to take car for test drive and gave it a thorough once over. Vehicles are sold as is, but you can take the test drive to a garage to have it reviewed if you want. I called into AA Motor Sales on a Thursday. They're listed as 'appointment only' so I made sure to be clear about when I would be there (Saturday around noon). The man on the phone said "Oh I just say appointment only, we're open until 3:30, no worries." I asked if I could take the car to a mechanic for an inspection, and they were really cool and relaxed about everything. On Saturday, I called around 10:30 to confirm that the car was still there, but there was no answer. I chanced it and started the 1.5 hour drive to the dealer. I called twice around 11:15, again to no answers. When I got there, I saw the car in the parking lot, but the whole building was locked up. I called one more time and he finally picked up. I told him I was at the office. "Oh, I left at noon, sorry. Come back on Monday" is what I got. I confirmed my appointment with him, read off his business hours that also said he'd be there until 3:30 that day, and the only thing he could say was 'oh yeah, sorry about that'. I told him I called three times this morning and he just said 'I guess I didn't see it.' In reviews like this, I'm always suspicious of how 'nice' the customers really are. There's always two sides to a story. I'm being completely sincere when I say I was nothing less than polite each and everytime I talked to this man. I'm sure this guy is fine to work with 'when' they are there, but they are not good on their word and do not respect their customers' time. read more

This place is not where you would want to buy a safe car. Bought one...tranny gone...struts gone...tyrods gone...could test it on a smooth road. I believe they buy at auction and clean inside and outside and don't even put on lift!!! Not from there so didn't know where to take it for check. My son managed to total the first Saturn we bought here, so back we went. Bought another Saturn, all new tires, their detailing guy does an incredible job. It's now 8 months later and we have not had any problems with the car other than replacing the brakes and I blame that on my kid. Cars not properly checked out before putting up for sale. Bad tires and other hidden issues are huge problems in this small town dealership. Cars are sold as valued...but with so many repairs needed, you end up paying wayyyy more. The owner does not really knock anything off eventhough problems clearly exist with the vehicles. Overall, not a good experience buying there at all spending so much after you buy. read more
