Spoke the 2 different District Managers, one of which assured me that I would receive my items in that weekend. Items never showed up. After about 15 phones calls, I finally was able to reach the store manager, only to get yelled at because I called corporate on them. Yet another delivery date was set. Guess what, Nothing came. 4 delivery dates were scheduled, and no actual delivery was made. NOT A CALL FROM THE STORE TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. NOT ONE. I was in the retail business in the past, so I understand how frustrating it can be when short staffed. Also, understand how the Upper Management refuses to see the store needs. -Tip, San Pablo Management- Take care of the customer with money on hand. A simple phone would have prevented any negative outcome. More than likely would have worked something out. Which is that you go to a thrift store to find thrifty finds. If the thrift store is selling used jackets for over a hundred dollars it isn't a thrift store. It's a bougie consignment store. That's what goodwill has become minus the actual curation of nice things and a good atmosphere. Instead you get bougie prices for a thrift store decor. Bleh and bleh.
