    Jennelle took my order for a Tacoma A.R.E. DCU truck cap in October. When shipping was delayed, she explained the reasons why. I got a call when it arrived. I got it installed the next day. Installation looks great, including the cap brake light. Price and support are pretty good. I would recommend coming by to check out their offerings. Support a local business!

I walked in, wanting to spend $60 plus dollars for the double pack. I went to where they were and saw a bunch of cards. This was the higher cost in the brand, so they weren't on the floor. I took the paper to the counter and the guy checking me out said that they didn't have it. The didn't carry it in the store. the papers had the words "Take this to the counter to get it." So I take the sign up to the front and the guy tells me that they are out of stock on the bulb. I'm confused, because I thought that they had it in stock but didn't want it stolen. Then he proceeded to tell me that they didn't have it in stock. He scanned it and then claimed not to have it. Later he scanned again and Voila they had it. He reminded me that they were closed and I wanted to say, "If you would have given me the bulb when I asked for it, this transaction would be over. I wanted them to be like the other store that sold me the bulbs and kept it moving. But after saying they didn't have any in the store and that the papers were there to remind them of where to put the bulbs where they are supposed to be. He suddenly had bulbs. Next, he told me that it was not as strong as my current light bulb even though on the package, it said that they are stronger, plus they cost more. These guys are playing games. Another guy in the store was high as a kite and wanted leather cleaner to cover the smell. They sure helped him, nut me, not so much. I didn't want them to have my money or anything. I need to go a place where I can actually complete my purchase without being talked down to. Do not go here!!!

    I bought a battery & was charged $22 + tax on the receipt for the core (old battery). When I…read morebrought my old battery back, the store only refunded me $22 without the sales tax of $2.26. I returned to the store couples times, the staff didn't know what to do & the manager wasn't around. A female staff was very rude & held hostage my receipts, although I asked her to release the receipts back to me several times, she wouldn't & yelling at me that I only eligible for $22 refund, she refused to look at the amount of sales tax printed on the receipt. This is not only about the $2.26 sales tax on the core that wasn't refunded to me, but more about the store reaping off its customers for not having correctly working software in refunding the amount to its customers plus not very knowledgeable staff about the refund process & inapropriate female staff who treated store customer rudely & held hostage customer's receipts. The store & the corporate need to do some deep training to its staff & to correct its software to refund customer's money in full.

I left feeling confident about repair priorities and costs. As a woman, I especially appreciated the respectful environment - I could ask questions without any pressure or condescension.
