Our refrigerator/freezer had stopped working on Friday afternoon, and we called them that evening. They were out to our home before 12 the next afternoon. Shawn was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem as the compressor starter. We were relieved because it could have been the compressor itself, which would have cost about triple the price of the starter! He was done in about an hour, and told us about their one year warranty on parts and labor. Over all, the service and repairs were excellent, and the fridge is running just like new!

I had left my freezer drawer open yesterday and upon realized, shut it and put a probe thermometer to watch the temp. It never got back down to 0F and was making an awful noise. I called around 8:30am and they had someone here by 11am. And they come to Detroit which is nice because there are plenty of businesses that won't. They required cash which is fine, luckily I had time to run to the ATM with how quickly the tech showed up! He said there was ice on the fan and the thermostat was probably toast so he cleaned that out and replaced the part and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Freezer dropping temp now very fast. It's a good repair person that is there fast, gets it done quick, for a good price, and though I hope to not need them again, they will be my first call for any future needs.

My old waterline to frig had a bad spot, they came back and repaired/replaced as needed so it is 100%. Dishwasher, stove, micro and frig all delivered in excellent condition, arrived and installed when they said they would, cleaned up packaging and put my old appliances in the garage for me. I wound up breaking the igniter on my gas furnace. Lol. We had Ciamillo out before so I called them. They had someone here in less than an hour. Mason was our service technician. He thoroughly checked out the furnace which is over 20 years old. He was unable to light the furnace manually and eventually determined the gas valve was not functioning (in addition to the broken igniter) and showed me how he knew that. He left for 45 minutes to get the parts, came back and we had heat before noon. So, basically it was prompt services, Mason was very competent, informative and friendly, and I was very satisfied with Ciamillo. The price was more than I anticipated, but I don't really know what the average rate would be for the repairs that were done. Apparently the price of parts has shot up dramatically this year like everything else, so I believe the price was fair.

Ciamillo gave us a very reasonable quote without the need to haggle, and were done in a couple of days. They told us A/C would have to be turned ON the next summer, and they showed up and did it when the time came. They also registered all our warranties for us without us even asking about it, which was very professional and caring of them.
