Alfred and his wife from the beginning kept in contact with us and worked with our HOA so that we were compliant with the rules. In one day our old cover was demolished and our new one completed. We decided to have them put up an outdoor fan with a light in it so that we could enjoy the patio in the evening as well as when the weather is hot. We also chose to have a screen put us to help the heat as well as the direct sun in the afternoon. The job was so professional and we just love how easy it was to work with them. Also for a much lower price, we were able to not only do the cover, we had them install the fan, put up a skylight as well as the sun shade. Absolutely go with their company! You will not be disappointed!

The workers were so thorough efficient! They made sure ever was correct and working properly! It looks fantastic as if it's part of the condo! It is built with materials of heavy weight, yes I said built, they make it by hand not factory done! It was worth the money and wait! I can hardly wait to try it out when it stops raining, not that it will be hot, just because!
