I'm going to keep this company five stars. I recently had them come out to fix my gas dryer. The same guy (Mike) came to fix my dryer. Alone this time. He previously fixed my fridge which I already wrote the review. However, he did have a different personality this time. I felt like he wanted to lecture me about how we were using our dryer. He pointed out the lint we had in our lint trap. We know how to use the dryer, thanks. It just gets used a lot. We are an active family at the moment. He was quite annoying. He wanted to school my wife on how to use the dryer. Luckily, he didnt get a chance to school her as we had company and she was busy. It would not have gone over well. I'm still giving five stars because he fixed the dryer for a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. I will warn the company against lecturing people and just fix the appliance.
