Over charged me just for a verbal diagnosis 109 dollars. $30 dollar fuse to fix the problem. So he wanted over two hundred dollars . Just took the back off and saw the fuse went bad then instead of applying diagnostic fee toward the part just raised the price higher. So I declined . However, the technician they sent was inexperienced and either couldn't understand how to get the error codes during the diagnostic or didn't know what to do once he saw them, so he just left. I'm going to keep this company five stars. I recently had them come out to fix my gas dryer. The same guy (Mike) came to fix my dryer. Alone this time. He previously fixed my fridge which I already wrote the review. However, he did have a different personality this time. I felt like he wanted to lecture me about how we were using our dryer. He pointed out the lint we had in our lint trap. We know how to use the dryer, thanks. It just gets used a lot. We are an active family at the moment. He was quite annoying. He wanted to school my wife on how to use the dryer. Luckily, he didnt get a chance to school her as we had company and she was busy. It would not have gone over well. I'm still giving five stars because he fixed the dryer for a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. I will warn the company against lecturing people and just fix the appliance. I would say maybe he was having a bad day but my appt was at approx 8:15am, so I assume thats the start of a day. read more
