Initially the service was prompt and professional. I had them come out to replace the spring and rollers. Many months later they cam out to replace the motor. Initially the motor seemed very loud and since I had went ahead and upgraded to the higher cost motor I had them come back out and they ended up ordering another one and replaced it. Up to that point the service was very good. Fast forward 9 months and the light on one of the security sensors went out and the door wouldn't close. The parts were under warranty, but a service call would be $89. I asked to just have the part sent to me and I would replace. Never got another reply. So while they do a good job overall, their support of the work they do falls short of my expectations. read more

First of all I am in Ocoee, FL and called AAA Garage Door and Service Sunday 03/31/2019. Lady dispatched a tech and they Came out to service my garage door.I was set for a $40 lube and tune and they waived their $17 destination charge. My issue was my garage door would come open but not go down. I thought it was a sensor and he told me it had to do with the motor. This is where the fun ended. I was told I needed the motor to be worked on and the arm was not adjusted right. He said $200 so I was expecting parts to be replaced and a decent amount of time. He finished in 20 minutes and when I said any parts he said no just an adjustment and lube. I ask him how this is $200 and he says there is only one charge for a motor work...sorry. He did no work inside the motor of my unit so I cannot understand how it is motor work. So no parts for 20 minutes and the cost was $200. So if I break this down into an hourly rate as a normal person is paid $600 hr x 40 hours x 52 weeks is $1,248,000 with no cost for parts. I am in the wrong business as this is truly highway robbery... I am saying this as a real estate broker who handles garage door openers on a monthly basis for my clients. June 29, 2016 This is one of the worst company I have ever contacted and dealt with. I made an appt the first day from 2-5 and the receptionist called at 6:00 to say that the truck broke down. They rescheduled for the following day for 2-5. Not only did he not show up, but I called repeatedly from 5-10:30 this night and got approx five different representatives and five different responses as to why the guy hadn't shown up; from he hadn't left the last job to he was in another city. Then finally Richard called at 10:30 to tell us that he was finally on his way. Guess what? Five minutes later I received a call from someone who called himself "the service manager" to tell me that Richard couldn't make it and they needed to reschedule!
