SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS BUSINESS! I paid a $30 fee for inspection and assessment of my old garage door in early May. I received a written estimate and some brochures but not after after several calls and 2 weeks waiting. I decided to upgrade and wanted to discuss prices and options. Starting early June I left several messages, email, text. Most of my calls were forwarded to his assistant who kept telling me Jerry will call me back. HE NEVER DID!!?? I was going to replace my garage door opener and saw that a cable was off. I called and Jerry told me someone would be by in about 45 minutes. Not bad for a last minute call on Saturday. 20 Minutes later, they guy showed up (I think his name was Geraldo), went to work, and fixed the cable.
