They had to replace a large piece to our garage but the job only took about 45 mins. Called Al Solomon with Garage Door Specialist to assist with an issue I was having with the automatic garage door opener not working properly. Al came out, assessed the problem, and made an exceptionally good and fair recommendation regarding replacing the garage door opener due to the age of the unit and the complexity of the repair. Seeing how the unit was already 20 years old and knowing that it would be advantageous for me to upgrade to a newer model I agreed. That same day a technician by the name of Victor came to remove the older unit and replaced it with a newer, Wi-Fi enabled model. Victor showed up on time with all the necessary equipment was extremely friendly yet professional, efficient and went above and beyond with the demonstration on how to use the upgraded unit.
