We hired a driver and limo for our son's birthday party. Our driver was very kind and solved the air conditioner issue.

They are terrible at charging, will charge you days later and blow you up on vacation.. Then send you threatening texts. Be aware to have them charge you right away!! Great service but they shouldn't be charging you days later after giving them the payment method, when they stated they charge same day as drop off. I will not use them again. read more

Dishonest pricing. The advertised price for a limo light tour was 739 and I was quoted $1150. No explanation for why it was over $400 more than listed on the website. We took our business elsewhere. Edit- now the business owner is trying to lie and cover his tracks. I didn't pull 739 out of nowhere- that was listed on the Christmas lights tour page of the website. And yes it's your company/ I compared the websites. You've recently updated your prices to hourly instead of a flat rate and are now pretending like it wasn't you gross and deceitful. He was at the designated location after the show was pleasant and got us to and from our event without any issues.

Our driver Annette was very nice and accommodating however it was clear that she did not know where the lights were so we had to navigate the entire time. We helped train her on The best spots so maybe for the next folks she will have a tour that can be planned out ahead of time. This was our 3rd year to use AAA to look at Christmas lights with friends, and were extremely disappointed. We were not able to figure out the bluetooth, and asked for assistance from the driver, Alex. He replied "most guests know how to work it", and offered no assistance whatsoever. So, we did not have music in the limo for the entirety of the evening. The limo itself was dirty with writing from the outside that could be seen on the inside. I reached out to the owner to get the driver's phone number, because I had misplaced it, and no response. $580.00 for 3 hours, and it was absolutely not worth it. When you book online they quote one price and when you are billed it is more than double. When I questioned this the owner, Gary, argued with me that he "cannot put the toll, gas prices, and other fees" in his prices at the time you book with him. I am so unhappy with the service I received this past weekend. I rented a bus for a holiday lights tour. The bus had tinted windows making it impossible to see the christmas lights. The bus also had a busted AUX part of the radio so someone had to manually hold the aux cord the entire time. Our bus also hit a car. read more

Was not pleased at all by my service. The only good thing about it was getting dropped off at the airport. When I first called to make the appointment, the man answered his phone and tried to take all my information but then told me "I am on lunch. I will call you later." I emailed the website trying to book it online but I had to call... The day of the event, our driver was earlier but just rude. He was not giving good customer service. The whole ride to the airport was so awkward. We did not have fun. I was messing with the radio, just changing stations and he said "You're doing it wrong." He asked if I wanted him to pull over but I said no. He ends up pulling over anyway and keeps telling me that I am changing the stations wrong. I told him to keep driving. My bridesmaids and I noticed how things just got even more tense and weird. It was just very unprofessional. I never even got his name. He was very rude and not nice. If I would have know this was going to happen I would have never booked with this company! read more

Look, if I'm dishing out over $500 for a service, at least give me a breakdown. We had about 3-4 stops at various locations in the DFW area for a friend's 30th birthday. We were on time to all of the locations, never got lost, and he even took shortcuts so we would not hit traffic. Originally called to get a sedan and driver for prom. Got free upgrade to a large SUV. Driver was very nice and professional. SUV was large and clean. I felt very comfortable putting my son and his friends in a car with the driver after we met. He was very prompt and told me he would take care of the kids. My son and his friends had a great time. The oldest and dirtiest limo I've been in!! We rented a stretch hummer for an anniversary and the top was frayed and flapping in the wind. The carpet and mirrors were dirty and the driver was dressed in baggy jeans and a t-shirt. Not at all worth the money!! Don't be fooled by the website. read more

I've used AAA several times in the past with no issues and used them again last month to take 8 friends and me to a concert. I had confirmed a 10-person limo, yet it barely fit 9 of us. Admittedly, we're men and some of us are larger than average, but we were very uncomfortable. I looked inside the limo door jamb and there was a sticker from the manufacturer stating "Max 8 Passengers". I brought this up to Gary and he could not explain the sticker, just insisted that it was 10 person limo. Not the service I expect from a limo provider. read more

After researching several Dallas based companies for a Christmas Light tour this year in Highland Park, I was very happy to come across AAA Cab/Limo. They were one of the few companies that were willing to do only 3 hours vs 4 (that's a lot of light looking) and had priced it in our budget (some prices were crazy high!). We had to do a passenger bus, Gary recommended it, and I was pleasantly surprised when it rolled up...black leather, comfortable seats, very roomy and a good sound system. Not like what I thought it would be - like a stuffy bus. I was also very happy with our knowledgable driver Manny, who adjusted to our needs (which included some unplanned bathroom stops and picture taking) all of which he did with a smile. He kept safety top of mind and we were never thrown around like I have had happen with other drivers. They were on time and kept us on time so no overages/surprises which I was concerned about. Also, the 'additional' costs are kept to a minimum, but be sure to be clear as they are outside of the hourly costs. I only didn't do a 4 star because I have not seen/experienced the other vehicles, but I will not hesitate to call them again for our next booking and know I'll have a reliable experience at a fair price. Be SURE to get your paperwork in though - it is not booked until they have it and I was almost beaten by another customer. All in all, Everyone had fun - thank you Gary and Manny! read more
