Let me tell you FIRST HAND because I worked here that these people cut corners and DO NOT I repeat DO NOT DO QUALITY WORK. My first day on the job they sent me to a oval liner and the guy " training me" didnt even know what he was doing and yes we put the liner in but......when reassembling the pool he literally put 2 screws back where he was supposed to be putting 5 in each post. He completely butchered the top posts and if it wasn't for the plastic covers that sit on them the customer wouldn't have noticed. THATS NOT ALL there is a few that I can keep going on and on about but I wont. I'll explain one more then explain how illegal and crooked this damn place is. A womens home in alsip we went too had plastic uprights and 3 of the 12 uprights the guy I was working with tightened down the screws too much messing with the bottom of the posts( when we dont need to mess with those) and actually broke the posts so that the tabs on them broke off. Meaning the bottom of the posts would not securely screw to the track and this guy ‍ this guy just kicked some rocks up against the posts to hold em up and said it's all good .......I was speechless on how these guys butchered peoples pools. AS FOR WORKING THERE.LMFAO Worst job ever, they will work you like crazy and dont pay overtime. I was taking about 5-10 mins to load 30 50lb bags of sand and they are telling me in not going fast enough like fu guy I'm busting my butt and its not fast enough? They will put 40 hours on a check so at 13$ that's 520 dollars and will ILLEGALLY give you the difference CASH in the envelope with your check. PLUS they will dock your hours for "lunch time" even if you didnt take a lunch and worked the whole day through. They also wont pay overtime which is time and a half ,Its straight 13$ per hr all the way. If your not willing to kiss some major butt and let these people disrespect you, underpay you, and take advantage of you they will find someone they can take advantage of. I truthfully think the people higher up like Eric and Israel. They also add on "special fees and taxes" that dont actually go to the company but will tell the people they are installing the liners for about them but POCKET the money at the end of the day. Also they give you an option, if your liner is for example 1100$ you can pay 1100$ with a check or If you'll pay CASH they will do 1000$. That's so the company doesn't have to pay taxes on that and THE FORMEN GET A CUT OF THAT. Once I caught on to their games and was aggravated about my check being VERY short because they didnt tell me they dont pay time and a half and I wouldn't be apart of their illegal scams, they fired me because of some bs. IF AND I MEAN IF YOU HAVE THESE IDIOTS DO YOUR LINER, WATCH EVERY SINGLE FREAKING MOVE THEY MAKE BECAUSE THEY WILL CUT CORNERS, BREAK STUFF AND TRY TO HIDE IT, OR SOMETHING! Not a single pool we went to was 123 done with no problems. Many pools we had to go back MULTIPLE times because they didnt know what they were doing. These pools we did are ticking time bombs ready to blow out so if you had a liner installed I HIGHLY suggest you go take a VERY CLOSE look around your pool for anything that's looks like a possible problem and have them fix it 3 times just to be safe .If you talk to Eric in the office or Israel in the shop, DONT LET THESE MOTHERFERS RUN A GAME ON YOU. They LOVE to try a play on words with people to make it look like the customers fault. I hate leaving this stuff but seriously THIS WAS THE WORST MOST CORRUPT JOB IVE EVER HAD. if you get someone out to your house and they look like they are high on drugs or hung over , THEY PROBABLY ARE. Not even kidding, my Forman was doing lines of cocaine in the truck in between pools and they were smoking in NON smoking rental trucks ‍ like bro your a Forman set an example. Many times Eric the guy in the office would even explain how he went out and got hammered the night before and is hung over.smh THIS PLACE IS LIKE AN ADULT PLAYGROUND. ITS A COMPLETE JOKE AND THEY NEED TO BE AUDITED AND SHUT DOWN. read more

Very satisfied with my pool liner installation. Denise who answers the phone is very professional and sees to it that the customer is taken care of. They came out early this season and installed our liner, which is great because the pool season is so short here; we are ready to go. Installers were also very personable and did a great job. They were also very professional. We did notice a few days after the liner was installed that we had a leak. This was a true test of the type of business they run. Some things are just out of the businesses control; and things don't always go as planned. The owner was great is resolving this issue. The installers promptly came back out and found the leak. They replaced my liner with a new liner. I was upgraded to an in ground liner; my pool is above ground, as the owner wanted to make sure the issue was resolved and I was satisfied. He also mailed me a check for the expense of the water I lost in the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. These are the people you want for liner installation. Things can go wrong out of the businesses control, but it is how the business handles those issues that is so important. read more

It hasn't been the greatest swimming summer season ever this year so I was happy I could actually swim and have the family over for a BBQ and party for July 4th to watch fireworks. One of my mom's dogs jumped in the pool on July 4th for a quick swim and scratched my liner trying to get out when they decided they were done... Called up AAA Liners again because they did the liner last summer and spoke with one of the women in the customer service department. They were able to come out Tuesday (I called Monday morning). They came out before I lost a ton of water which was nice. They called an hour before they were going to arrive as promised and they patched it up using a liner that was the same pattern as my pool liner that is in there now so it blended well. One other cool thing I didn't expect was that they told me was it was $150 for the patch and then half ($75) stayed in my account towards a new liner in the future with them. Other than that everything is going well with the liner, it still looks great and is holding up well minus the damage from the dog. read more

We had ran into a problem when our first pool liner installers did not show up the day they were supposed to. We were frustrated because we had already paid to have them come out, and they never refunded our money. Anyways, we searched around to find someone with a reasonable price and found AAA liner replacements. They had fair pricing and offered to help us right away. Even though we struggled through this summer without a completed pool, we were able to get it up and running for next summer. Another thing that was nice is they did not ask for a full payment until they were done working and we were satisfied with their work. After they came to install our liner they cleaned up their mess and disposed of my old liner. I am impressed with the quality of their work as well as the ease and quickness they presented us with after our terrible previous experience this summer. read more

Called in and talked to Denise to get pricing on my 24 round above ground and there was no need to ask many questions because everything was explained thoroughly. Scheduled a week out and the guys gave me a call before they came because I wanted to be there in case there were any issues or something needed to be addressed. Bill was very professional and worked hard to get everything done for me. He gave instructions of how to fill properly and then I called and got me on for the next day. Once again called me before Eric came out Saturday to install my wall light and complete the job so I could be home again. Paid him in full once everything was said and done now just waiting to be able to lay by the pool. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Summer cannot come soon enough. read more

Well let me start off by saying I wouldn't trust any other pool company ever again. AAA Liner Replacements have been excellent! Everything from their friendly service and wonderful staff to the quality products they use and the care they take on your hot tub and pool is wonderful. The woman i spoke to on the phone was very nice and was able to give me a great deal on a liner install/replacement on our 15ft pool. I would highly recommend AAA Liner Replacements to all my family and friends. I called them for a replacement liner and they were out to my house 5 days later. They installed a beautiful liner and were very professional and neat. Came back two days later and finished the job. Was VERY happy with their work. After filling my pool, I discovered a leak. Called them and they were out to my house early the next morning to fix the problem. Every time I had to call them, they always returned my call right away. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful service I get from AAA Liner Replacements. David knows what customer service is all about. We have been using them for years. They open and close our pool every year with no problems. They clean the cover off and carry my filter to where I need it stored. The minute I have a problem they are out there. AAA liners went above the expectation I had for them or any other pool service places for that matter. I have had negative experiences in the past so I was weary to try someone new or anyone at all. I have had AAA liners open and close my pool for the past few seasons and I am always satisfied with the work they deliver. They are informative of the process each time they come out to my house and they usually arrive during their estimated arrival time. The workers pick up after themselves so I do not have to worry about any left over debris in my yard. AAA Liners replaced a Pool liner for me in May/ 2014 They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them. They do have a hang up about main drains. They don't like to deal with them at all! If you can get past there hang up on drains, Hire them. read more
