They gave us advice to place the pool directionally different from where we were thinking and were glad we did. The pool has held up. The concrete around it has developed some hairline cracks but nothing unsightly. The pool cover only lasted 7 years, had a new one put on this year. Not their fault, just these covers don't last all that long. The installation that Tim from B&F did was great , on time, on spec and on target. We had good pumps and filters installed so the pool maintenance has been kept to a minimum.

Carribean Pools is the best all the way! They fixed my cover that same day within 45 minutes! If this guy scams on repairs, I can imagine how much he bankrupts people on pool installations and such! Unless you are dumb and rich Avoid! Update: looks like the owner is also a liar big time. This practice raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. Exploiting customers is not a sustainable way to grow a business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It appears that pricing is very inconsistent and possibly based on profiling customers, which is unacceptable.
