Terrible decision to go with this mobile mechanic service, the initial phone call went well to get the quote and get everything set up for my car to be seen they were told the exact situation and everything that I had tried upon arrival I was met by two people that I hadn't spoken too and I realized it was a dispatch center type deal which is fine however the manager doesn't communicate to his guys on the ground they arrived to the property which I DO NOT OWN which was stated multiple times and reached through an open garage to use one of my tools laying on the ground then stated they would have to do some running around because they didn't have the tool that would best fit the job at this point I'm frustrated but understandable I had a hell of time with this job well after another hour the home owner calls me to say they're ratchet strapping it to her tree without any confirmation that's okay not to mention the car is on a jack at the moment once I asked them politely not to do that they said alright and referred me back to the manager because they were out of options and I couldn't keep paying 150/hr for nothing to be done well the Magee proceeds to call me and tell me that nothing would've happened to the tree and overall he doesn't care because the parts still stuck and he's getting paid so beware of this company the guys coming to do the work are reasonable understanding hard working gentleman but the people that run the company and the manger and I'm assuming owner as his number is the only one listed for contact are shady and care more about the money than getting the job done and top it all off after posting this same review on google this is the messages I received as you can see it's all just to save face BEWARE OF THIS PLACE SHADY SERVICES FOR ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY AN HOUR read more
