Roman was so kind and prompt! He was able to come out the same day and had the compressor part we needed when our LG french door fridge all of a sudden stopped cooling. He was able to bust out his giant tool box and get right to work after double checking it absolutely was the compressor and not something less! Called for repair / diagnosis on my 5 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator that was no longer freezing or cooling. Hopeful for a same day appointment, Nick said he would be there later in the day, closer to 5pm. He called back less than 2 hours later and said he was on his way. Nick showed up and was able to diagnose the problem...the dreaded compressor failure diagnosis. He gave me an estimate and after some discussion we decided it would probably be more feasible to purchase a new refrigerator. I asked his opinion on brands to stay away from and he was very helpful in guiding me which brands are much more reliable. Oh no! My 12 year old Kenmore Elite washing machine malfunctioned, no drain, no spin. I called Nick on Monday and he was able to come on my preferred date two days later. He notified me 15 minutes before he arrived. Our dishwasher wasn't draining and we had attempted to use YouTube advice. After spending a couple of frustrating hours with no success before I called Nick. I contacted them to come out and look at my clients dryer. The repair guy came and repaired the dryer which was making a really loud squealing noise We thought it was fixed so we paid immediately The next day when the squealing started again. We called them and the office said they would contact the repair person to comeback Never heard back Called again and the same thing We contacted the company to speak with a supervisor and he told us someone would be contacting us shortly A young lady contacted us and again apologized and said she would contact the repair guy to comeback, which we never heard back about an appointment THREE more calls to finally get an appointment The day of the appointment we got a call the the repair person had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to come Set up another appointment which was a 4 hour window and received a call that the repair guy was running late because of traffic and weather 1 hour and 45 minutes later I called the office and he was finally at the security gate!!! I woke to an anchor in my kitchen that had been masquerading as a refrigerator. My drumsticks had become drumpuddles. Because of the early hour of my discovery I texted Appliance Repair Pros and waited for the clock to catch up to my anxiety. Nick texted back first thing and was at my house a few hours later. He's a friendly and professional guy who was able to quickly diagnose the problem. It took a few days for the part to arrive but he was back today. He replaced the compressor (thanks LG) and made sure the transformation back to refrigerator was good. Now, to be honest, I hope we don't have need to become better acquainted but should I ever need appliance repair in the future, Nick is my guy. Although I didn't comparison shop I feel certain that his price was fair for the job (at least it was the lower end of my fear factor) and he made brand suggestions for my upcoming garage refrigerator.
