I called a technician to repair my GE front-load washer and asked for an estimated repair cost before scheduling the visit. I was told it would likely be around $150-$200. However, when the technician arrived at my house, they quoted $550 for the exact same issue I had already described over the phone. If I had been told upfront that the repair could cost this much, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Because I declined the repair, they still charged me a $100 inspection fee. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022. read more

Had the greatest experience with our technician, Nick, he quickly diagnosed two issues we were having: a leaky ice maker in our LG fridge/ freezer; and a bad water pump on our LG clothes washer. He had the pump stocked on his truck and installed it in under a half hour! He also got the replacement ice maker on order and I'm looking forward to him returning to install it. Two weeks ago, our Whirlpool washer stopped working and displayed a "DRAIN" error message. Thankfully, a friend gave me a referral to Appliance Repair Experts. One phone call in the morning resulted in a visit by Devin later in the afternoon that same day. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the issue as a drainage pump failure. My wife and I were grateful that he was able to give us an estimate to replace that pump. Because the estimate was almost half the cost of a new machine we declined the replacement choosing instead to purchase a new machine. My dishwasher gave me an error code just before Christmas. I called Appliance Repair Experts on Saturday. Gabe came out on Monday and diagnosed the problem. I also had him look at my 30+ year old trash compactor which hadn't worked properly for a while. On Tuesday they had the parts and installed them on Wednesday. Tech was nice. Came to repair my dishwasher that was not draining properly. The "job" took 1 minute because the drain (easily accessible) was plugged up with some glass. Still charged me the "minimum" $150 labor charge. I would have been happy paying the $99 diagnostic, but the extra $50 felt like a slap in the face. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I truly have nothing nice or great to say about them. from the moment the tech showed up at my home until the "estimate" came, was an absolute fucking joke. Tech shows up to look at my freezer, quite literal opens the freezer, touches 1 thing, gets on his phone to text, google, idfk but then tells me "it's going to be expensive". He looked at it for all of 5-7 seconds and closed the door so I asked him what exactly was wrong and he said "these have known issues, its warped and missing a screw (like im blind)". So, I again asked "ok, well what is the known issue, what causes it, whats warped", to which he STILL couldn't tell me, but he certainly told me that "the parts usually come in bundle but they no longer bundle so they would have to be purchased individually and it is going to be a lot". So I am being told that the problem is going to cost me out the ass but you don't know what the problem is. Fastforward, I get the estimate for over $800 and its laughable at best, so I google it and tons of people are saying its ice/frost build up and can be fixed with a hair dryer.. GUESS WHAT... less than 30 min later my shit is put back together and working perfectly. For ANY woman thinking of using them or have used them in the past, proceed with caution because how tf are you going to quote me for a whole new ice maker when my 4 year old $15 hair dryer fixed the issue? This company... Is a scam. So I called at 8 am to get a fridge repair. I was told they should arrive between 12-5. Someone called at 12 saying they would be here in 20 minutes. We waited. Considering we live far from most businesses, we were patient. Then we found a card left on our door. I called the original number that I called this morning, 702 930 2032, and spoke to the same lady and told her the man simply left his card. She said she would check on things and never called back. When we called again, they didn't answer. When my husband called, the same lady said this is a roofing company. Wonder if they have a license to work in Las Vegas. Wow these guys saved my day today!!! After a horrible experience with CPR repair. I called they were here in less than 2hrs, polite, apologetic for the situation that had nothing to do with them. We recently had a good experience with this company concerning replacement of a broken light bulb in our Whirlpool refrigerator that we were unable to remove ourselves. The masked technician arrived within the prescribed window of time; and was friendly and very efficient in successfully completing the needed work within 10 minutes, which included temporarily removing the partial covering of the refrigerator near the water and ice dispenser. I was perfectly okay with the $79.95 callout fee, but thought charging us a total amount of $150 was a bit steep--especially when we provided the replacement light bulb. I wanted to hold off on writing the review, as I don't like making rash decisions that will negatively effect a business unless they truly deserve it. *******BEWARE OF SCAM. ******* I had contacted them back in July. It is now mid September. Almost 2 full months to the date. They had scheduled / dispatched someone to check out my dishwasher/ fridge. I paid the $79.95 for the guy to come take a look+diagnose, (determined they can't fix the fridge which is fine- I'm not unreasonable. It is what it is) but I was told parts needed to be ordered to repair my dishwasher. Perfectly fine/ normal. I was told someone would reach out to me when the parts arrived in order to schedule service. I got no calls, wasn't contacted whatsoever. I felt it had been long enough (weeks) for at least a follow-up as I know how things can sometimes be. Businesses get busy, things fall through the cracks. It happens. Not an excuse but I always try to give benefit of the doubt, as a business owner myself. So I call and was told by a lady that the parts are ordered and to continue waiting. Completely fine. They have no control over that, so I wait patiently until damn near the end of August. So at this point it's been roughly a month and a half total. They couldn't even provide me an official statement simply confirming my fridge was irreparable upon inspection so that I could manage my own work (I was filing a damage claim since I rent the home out). Literally what the dispatch personnel informed me, but in writing so I had something to provide the specialist assigned to my claim case while we all wait on these "professional" Appliance Repair Experts. All of whom showed little to no regard did not only my time, but of everyone involved. I reached out to Michael about the issues and was told that he'd get to the bottom of it first thing Monday morning, he "assures me!" Only to tell me they had trouble locating my service order. Okay, mix ups happen. Still patient, and provided all the requested info in order for them to "locate" my order. Gave them a chance to reach out until 5pm on Monday, at which point it dawned on me that my reassurance by Michael was empty. I reach out again on Tuesday morning and still nothing. I contacted them several more times via message, and tried calling several times with no answer. It is now Sunday SEPTEMBER 13th. No responses, no calls answered. Blatantly ignored with my money and personal info all in their pockets. Hoping this is some weird, terribly handled misunderstanding but if not it's just simply a scam and we do not mind seeking legal action in the slightest. In the meantime, contact them for service at your own risk. I don't even care about the $80. It's the principle, the lack of respect, and utter disregard for my time that's fueling my need to finally voice it. I am not an impatient or unreasonable person. I am actually very understanding and forgiving, almost to a fault. Which is why when I actually do get pushed to the point of taking action, you can bet I do so with zero guilt and zero hesitation. read more

Upon return from Christmas vacation, Kitchen Aid side by side freezer/refridgerator purchased 3 years ago, failed to keep food frozen, including ice maker ice from melting. Initial diagnostics indicated a mother board, which was purchased. Installation failed to cure problem. Michael G owner/manager came out with technician Carl, and further diagnostics using Kitchen Aid built in diagnostic feature, indicated that the R134A refrigerant was low. Long story short both Michael and Carl worked until 7 p.m. on a Friday to repair our appliance, and did not charge any additional costs for parts/time. Truly professional in their service work, my wife and I highly recommend this company. It is now Monday and freezer is at zero, refrigerator at 34 degrees, perfect! read more

I never received an itemized bill as requested and was charged almost $300 for replacing belts and rollers on a Dryer. The statement that the service call is then put into the cost of the repair can not even be discussed without showing an itemized bill. The total service was less than 30 minutes. The service agent stated the parts package was an $80 package although clearly looking on line you can find a whirlpool package for significantly less! The service agent was on time and their dispatch center notified me with a text and automated service. They were also able to schedule the repair within 24hours of contact. If you need the work done immediately and money is not an issue and you don't need to show a bill to your accountant or landlord this is a company you could use. Do not go with this company. They are dishonest. Billy came out to my house to fix my refrigerator and it cost $139.98 for the parts and $250.00 for labor. Total as of now $401.79. They removed and replaced 2 tubes, defrost, drain tubes, steam, defrost drain, and clear and removed ice. Billy left and within the week, the same problem still existed. He then said it needed a different part and that would cost an additional $400.00. He misdiagnosed my problem and over charged me for labor due to the manager, Mike who is very hard to get a hold of. Mike said he would look into this issue and get back to me and make it right but I never heard from him. Mike said he would fix it for half the cost due to Billy's mistake but again, I never heard back from Mike. I checked their license through SilverFlume Nevada's Business portal and their license was revoked on 1/17/2023 and expired on 3/14/2009 as well as 10/10/2019. It was active again in 1/23/2025. I wish I would have seen this before and done my homework. I did read their reviews but did not get past page 1. Please always check several pages of reviews before going with a company.
