I am beyond frustrated with the service--or lack thereof--provided by this company. The technician failed to show up on time for the initial appointment. When he finally arrived and performed the "repair," he actually managed to break the drain line. This required a follow-up visit, which only added to the downtime and my growing frustration. To make matters worse, after paying $275 for what I thought was a completed fix, I realized the unit still wasn't functioning. When I reached out to the company to resolve this, I was told it would cost an **additional $275** on top of what I had already paid. When I questioned this, the administration was incredibly unprofessional. The admin became rude and dismissive, claiming they were giving me a "40% discount"--which felt like a slap in the face given the machine was never fixed to begin with. They even had the audacity to tell me it was "my fault" for not checking the technician's work more thoroughly while he was there. It is not the customer's job to perform quality control on a professional repair. Now, I am back at square one, out $275, and having to figure out a new issue caused by their incompetence. I strongly advise staying away from this company. Save your money and your sanity; go with someone who is punctual, skilled, and actually values their customers. **Will not recommend.** Update. Now 4/19 the dishwasher is completely stuck in heavy cycle and not starting at all. You can say all you want about your "professional repair", but at this point it's easier to get a new dishwasher than keep paying for every part to be replaced at extra cost. The technician had to comeback several times over 2.5 weeks and it's still broken. I reached out to your technician initially to request additional repair but asked for another person since the first guy who fixed my fridge awhile back did a great job. I started receiving messages from another person who never introduced himself and was extremely unprofessional, texting me rude messages and at this point I don't feel safe using you at all.

The entire experience with Sharper Service Solutions was a disaster. The tech changed our…read moreappointment schedule on his own. He said that he didn't work past 1:00pm. We had set up an afternoon appointment. When the tech arrived at our home, he said that he needed 10 minutes. He was smoking in his van. He smelled of strong cigarettes when he walked into our home. The tech didn't bring the proper tools. He asked to use mine. He actually pounded on our washer with a claw hammer, which dented the washer drum repeatedly. The whole time he was pounding on a pipe wrench, not the proper tool to loosen the drum nut, he was tightening it. I told him through out the entire process that he was hitting the pipe wrench the wrong way. Finally, he tried hitting the pipe wrench the other way per my numerous requests. It loosened the nut. The tech said, hay, you were right. I was tightening the drum nut. He dropped the lid of our washer on the garage floor when he tipped the washer on its side. The jolt tore off a tube from a sensor in the lid. When the washer lid fell on the floor it did additional internal damage unbeknownst to us. After putting the washer back together, the tech asked me how to turn the machine on? I said that you're a tech and don't know how to turn the machine on? My wife came out of our office to show the tech how to turn the machine on. The tech started a wash cycle and left. The washer wouldn't stop filling with water. We called the tech to come back. He told us that he would come back the next morning. We said no way. We demanded that he came back immediately. He came flying back leaving skid marks on my new concrete driveway. He found that an internal flow sensor hose had been jerked from its location when the lid fell. He said that this is an easy fix and guaranteed that the sensor hose would fix the washer from overfilling. He started another a wash cycle and left. The washer ended up overflowing on the floor of our new home. I had to use a garden hose to syphon the washer filled with water four times. Ultimately, Home Depot had to replace the washer due to the tech's negligence. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Seems to be a reoccuring theme with this company, never showing up. Looking at all the 1 star…read morereviews, "I can't come because I'm sick, I'm injured", it appears that this company does not want to even come and look at any issues they were contracted with doing. Our tech Gavin, supposed to show 8 am - 12 noon, then at 12:20 pm get a text saying "I have a flat tire and cannot make it, I'm on the side of the road now." Then asks me for information from previous repairs, then diagnosed the problem from afar. It was a miracle that he knew the problem without even looking at the unit that he was contracted to do so! But then again, nothing got done as he never showed up to "complete the diagnosis for the repair" and the warranty company has to send out yet another company's technician to fix this ongoing Frigidair refrigerator issue. Stated he cannot fix sealed units, cannot pull the unit out of the built in, cannot fix it without parts, just a clusterf*ck to be polite. Save your money and headaches and use someone else.
