Very Disappointing Experience at the Print Section…read more Horrible experience today, August 26, at around 1:40 PM. I usually go to the Downey location for my printing, but unfortunately my experience at this location was very disappointing. The lady with glasses working in the print section was not helpful at all. We asked her what different sizes were available, and instead of explaining them, she threw a paper at us to fill out and walked away. We filled it out and gave it back to her. She then asked what we wanted to print. We explained that we simply needed two small 4x6 prints on the same page, nothing fancy. She immediately interrupted us and said they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because she had about 30 orders ahead of us. There was hardly anyone in the store, so I found this extremely frustrating. She then told us that we could print it ourselves. When I asked if I could select the 4x6 size when printing it myself, she said no. I have printed many things at Staples before and have never had an experience this frustrating. I understand that there may be orders ahead of us, but the way we were treated and the lack of assistance were unacceptable. At this point, I would rather drive 20 minutes to another location than spend 5 minutes dealing with this kind of customer service again.

They offered many different ways to pay for their services. There is a list of fees. But truthfully I appreciate a due diligence in a profession. What I mean is they checked and rechecked each others work. , seriously, checked your application, triple checked and checked again to get you the most accurate results. If you need another copy of the application the representatives will help you with that. Just be polite in any language. Please just know too that they take 5 walk-in daily and only 5 walk ins with those without an appointment . They run a tight ship, that they are open 9:00am sharp!!! Please be kind, mature and respectful and everything will work out in the end. Communicate always. Advocate for your needs to all of the employees. If you hear your number and your not ready just let them know. I had a 9:00am appointment and arrived at 8:30am and waited in their lobby. I was done with my appointment at 9:24am. Doors open at 9:00am. Both lobby of legal documents and The full post office opens too if you need cool stamps for your collectors out there. Anyways . Thank you to each of you . Also the lady at the front disk needs to fix her attitude to the way she speaks to young people. I always issues with this place, if I could give 0 stars I would.
