I had a very bad experience with this company. I have closed with them a few times before and…read morethings was ok, (besides them sending the HUD statement last minute for me to review before closing) I need a two week closing for a cash sale to an out of state owner and they dropped the ball big time and when i went in to speak with someone the day before i was set to close to see the HUD statement and potentially sign paperwork ahead of time i found out the HUD statement wasn't ready and the deed wasn't ready and they have yet to even reach out to the buyer!
