I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Dan told me that there was the possibility that the storm might have killed them due to the freeze. However, he checked all around the house to see if he could find any wasps. He also treated the area where the wasps had been nesting. Dan did not charge for his visit, and told me to call him if the wasps appeared after the weather was sunny and warm again.
