I have a small (1 ft x 1 ft) area that was dirtier than the rest ( right under my desk) . " Can't guarantee we can get that clean without some special stuff that costs more." There was no attempt to try and get it done without an upcharge. I would call this a very untrustworthy company. I spoke to the franchisee Sean and he offered nothing. I had moved all of my furniture and was left high and dry. I notice other reviews here mentioning the young couple and how good they were. Sean evidently ran them off. However, the customer service and overall professionalism were extremely disappointing. I hired this company to clean roughly 900 sq ft of carpet on the second floor of my home as we prepare to list it. The job itself should have been straightforward. There was a scheduling overlap where my realtor and photographer arrived during the cleaning. While I understand that wasn't ideal, my realtor immediately communicated with the cleaning team, explained the situation, and even offered to compensate them for any extra time caused by the delay. Despite that, within minutes, the cleaners became visibly frustrated and raised their voices at both my realtor and the photographer, ultimately forcing them to leave. Regardless of the miscommunication, that kind of behavior is completely unprofessional--especially after a solution had already been discussed. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve from there. While the cleaning was ongoing, I was in a meeting and let the team know to send me the invoice, and that I would stop by shortly after they finished to review the work and make payment. After completing the job, they sent the invoice--which was fine--but then began repeatedly calling and texting me within about 20 minutes, warning that they would escalate charges if payment wasn't made immediately. To be clear, the invoice was paid in full within an hour of the job being completed. The level of urgency, pressure, and overall tone felt unnecessary and aggressive. In summary, the quality of the work was solid, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this a frustrating experience. I would recommend improvements in communication and customer interaction moving forward.
