This is a review of Steve's repair to our trailer. Recent rains helped us find a leaky skylight in our new trailer. Our first trip out was, unfortunately, to Valley Children's Hospital. Since I couldn't take the trailer in to a dealer, the manufacturer agreed to have a mobile tech do the repair and they gave me the number for AAA. I can't thank Steve enough for coming out and giving his honest assessment, he wouldn't waste my money trying to fix a leaky skylight in the rain. He said cover it and he'd come back when it was drier. I didn't even have to call him back when the rain stopped, he came out when it dried out enough to do the repair. Since then, no more leaks. I've used Mike several times for work on my new fifth wheel. Before I even pain him a visit, or any money at all, he helped me troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Since that time he repaired some damage incurred from when my wife backed me into a boulder in our on yard. Not only was Mike fair, it came in so under budget that I didn't have to pay the divorce lawyer I found! Seriously though, it did come under budget enough to nearly pay for the installation of a second air conditioner. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Even if you have a warranty issue on a new RV I would recommend giving them a call. Frankly I'd rather pay to get something done right than wait six months for a dealership to get to the work. Don't call Camping World, CALL MIKE !!! My RV refrigerator kept shutting off and i was two weeks away from a long RV trip. Camping World said they could look at it in 3 months??? Mike said bring it in next week. I picked it up in one day and paid less than half of what all the other guys charge. We are very grateful to Mike at AAA RV Repair for his help and compassion during a difficult time. We were camping in Hanford, CA with the temps into the 90s when our RV AC died! We called RV repair folks all over the area and were told they didn't have a replacement unit and/or didn't have time to install it for 6-8 weeks. Whaaat? What about emergency situations? Not trying to fit us in when we're in a pickle is just mean. My husband called Mike and he searched and searched for a new AC unit for us and, when he found one, he scheduled us for installation the next morning at 8am. Thank you, Mike, thank you! Not only were we hot in our RV, but our 2 Labrador Retrievers were panting like mad. We were showering them in cold water and making them sit in front of a fan to keep them cool(er). We live in Florida and had 2 more weeks left on our trip. We would have really been in trouble if we didn't have AC for the rest of our time in CA, not to mention for our trip home to the Southeast where it's not just hot but super humid too. My boyfriend and I are from Fort Bragg, CA and just starting the process of looking for a trailer but we are rookies when it comes to what to look for when purchasing one. I called Mike because I was looking for someone to do a pre-purchase inspection on a trailer we were interested in. Instead Mike ended up helping us figure out if the the guys selling was trying to offload a junk trailer on us before we made the long drive down there. I was camping in Yosemite when my furnace went out. I called Mike and he walked me through some simple diagnostics that might have helped me fix it myself. We decided it was either a motor or a control board and parts would need to be ordered. So Mike made a recommendation of a good RV park in Fresno and after our week in the mountains we drove to Fresno and Mike met us just as we arrived on a Friday afternoon. He and his partner took out the furnace and left with it. In a few days, they returned with the furnace and a new control board all tested out, re-installed the furnace, checked the propane system for leaks and were on their way. Very knowledgeable and helpful, fair prices and fantastic service. read more

I've never used AAA before, but I called Mike to see if I could get an appointment to get my RV's electrical system fixed. He walked me through a troubleshooting process over the phone, and after 45 minutes, I was able to find the problem and fix it myself. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After a long day on the road, My wife and I just pulled in to Blackstone RV park in Fresno, and after parking our 32' RV, I attempted to lower the Level Legs and discovered that they didn't work. I got out the literature and couldn't fine the answer. We called Mike at AAA RV Mobile once and he started the research and called us back no less than three times trying different resolutions. He discovered that we were missing the "Trouble Shooting" section in our manual. Mike not only walked me through the steps to fix my problem, he also emailed me the section that I was missing, Mike spent no less than 90 minutes either talking to me, or researching the problem. We just picked up our 5th wheel from AAA RV. We highly recommend this business. The two owners are wonderful people who not only do a great job with your trailer but they're willing to help you over the phone. Who does that? We took our trailer in on Monday it was ready on Thursday. We had several issues that were fixed and we even added on a couple of things at the last minute, they fixed those too. We needed our windows resealed, one of the owners, Mike, told us it's easy to do that yourself. He went so far as to email us the name of the company where we could buy the window seals. These fine men are professional and good at their jobs. The price we were charged was much less than we would have paid somwhere else. They checked the brakes on our rig and were honest enough to tell us we didn't need any work done on them. These people are fantastic, if you have any trouble with your RV give them a call, you won't regret it. read more
