The local MB dealer could provide the service but it would be very disruptive (hotel stay with 2 cats) and costly. We found Precision Mobile which would come to us and their reviews looked great. From our first conversation with Eddie, we knew we were in good hands AND then we saw his work!! He was flexible with us on scheduling since we were parked in a safe place. His rates were extremely reasonable - much less than MB. But his service topped it all!! We highly recommend Eddie and Precision Mobile if you are in need of these types of repairs. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't need(like the dealership would) and he gave us updates on what he found as he worked along. Great service bar none.

I had an issue with an 30 amp inlet and was initially very impressed with the kind and quick…read moreresponse. Unfortunately, over time I found that replacement was improperly installed, melted the new inlet, the pigtail, and fried the wires. When taking it apart to see the cause, I found that the weather seal that came with the new unit was missing and thrown away instead, so condensation seeped in. The metallic label that comes in the packaging was left on and frayed wires were not inserted into the terminals properly, so these factors burned and melted everything. It had been many months after the repair and the evidence of the damage only just recently appeared. I tried calling several times with no reply. After sending a text, their response was that they only cover a warranty for 90 days and I would have to pay for service all over again. I would have had no way of knowing about these mistakes in the install, until the melting manifested itself on the exterior. It's very disappointing that they would not acknowledge the damage and do the right thing.

I got home and they gave me the wrong key. Granted I should have checked it before I left but they assured me it was the correct one. I have no keys for the outside storage bins. The cable for the break away is broken. They should have never let that trailer leave the lot without it being connected and working properly. That's the law! They don't do a thorough PDI and charge $1200 for it. I won't go back when I'm ready to upgrade, obviously they don't know what they are doing.

When we decided to buy a new trailer in September 2016, my husband felt strongly about keeping the business local so we agreed on a 2017 rig at RVs4Less. NEVER, EVER have we received such awful customer service from day one. There were red flags from the beginning as we look back. Things that never felt right. We should have walked but we didn't. We figured that since we purchased a brand new rig we wouldn't need or have worries with warrenties. The first time we used our awning after owning the trailer for only 2 months we noticed 3 small holes in the fabric. Large enough to be an issue. This began our first service issue. It took us 6 months of fighting for what we were owed to finally get the awning replaced. We were ignored, disrespected and lied to time and time again. The owner wouldn't even talk to us even though we saw him on site. When it was finally agreed that it needed to be replaced the manager (owners daughter) said "If we take care of this for you, we need you to give us a positive review on the yelp." Um no! When we picked up the trailer and took it camping we realized that someone on the lot had used the toilet. It was full of _ _ _ _ and clogged. We called immediately and were told "oh we ask our employees not to do that" What????? Fast forward 2 years. We called for yet another appointment for more warrenty issues. We were hopeful that since it was under new management things would be better. We had an appointment and my husband told the service manager it was all warrenty work. They set a date for us to bring it in. Two days later we get a call telling us "oh we stopped selling that brand a year or two ago so we don't do warrenty work on them. You need to come and get it." What the hell??? You sold us a brand new rig.and bragged about your service. You told us very very clearly that we could bring any warrenty or extended warrenty work to you whenever we needed! Now, it's no longer convenient for you?? You never even notified us of this change in warrenty policies. We had a list of 6 things that needed attention but rvs 4less wanted to tow it to Fresno to have the work done. We bought local and expect local service. Good customer service would have said, "Let's take care of these small things for you this time since you purchased from us and you were never notified, but next time you'll know to go to Fresno." My husband has asked for two days to speak with the owner. No call yet. He went in person to talk to the service manager and got the same story. The service manager moved our trailer out to the shoulder of Hwy41 for my husband to hook up (rather than allowing him to hook up in the lot) and this put him in a dangerous situation. The trailer was so close to the highway that he had to pull onto the hwy to back up. Just another example in our eyes of the lack of respect for their customers. We STRONGLY Suggest that you drive the extra miles to save yourself the same aggravation.
