The repair price was fair and reasonable, and they offered me rides to / from my hotel (stay at The Castle - wow!). Family-owned business who truly cares about its customers... When I went to have it towed away the next day (a sunday on which they are not able to repair any cars and on which they were aware I was going to have my car towed away to a repair shop that could get me back on the road) I was charged a fee to get my car out. They could have just left my car at the hotel if it was going to be such an ordeal and then I would not have had to wait 4hrs and get charged a fee to get my car out of their jail. They deceive and manipulate by creating confusion and sending out extraneous documents via email and USPS. I received 3 different request to do things that aren't necessary to do. Allstate doesn't make it seem unnecessary but it is. They sent me a check for $174 and change to go towards the cost of getting my vehicle repaired. There was some confusion that they created of course. I was not sure what to do with that odd amount of money, as the cost of the repair was approximately $1700 minus $500 deductible. So should've been more like $1200. I was told by Tim himself in writing to endorse it. So I endorsed the check and deposited it into my bank my account. The $174 and change check bounced. My bank charge me a $10 fee and Tim refused to pay me the $10 to cover the embarrassing fee. It's the principle of the matter. Why tell me to endorse it then stop payment on the check? They have made a not great situation horrific and just stupid. Now, I'm being blackballed. According to Allstate's policies, I can take an existing policy to another Allstate agency, however, I believe that Tim Berryhill and his staff are blackballing me by bad mouthing me to other Allstate agencies because I'm being denied. So far, no other Allstate will accept me, post speaking to Tim berryhill Allstate agency.

My vehicle died on the 4th floor of parking garage in downtown Albany. My roadside assistance…read moreinitially contacted Pearlman's but about an hour before they were supposed to pick my car up they cancelled saying they didn't have the right equipment for the job. Another towing company was contacted, and a few hours later the driver (Josh) called to get specifics about getting into the garage. The garage has signs posted that the clearance is 6 foot 6 inches. Josh indicated that the tow truck was the smallest that they had but it needed 7 foot clearance. I walked through the garage and measured the actual clearance to get to my car and it varied between 6'10" and 7'1". In my experience with tow truck drivers most would have said it's too tight and I'm out of luck. Josh kept cool and said he'll give it a shot. We literally had to slow down to a crawl under every concrete column to determine if the truck would clear them. Most of them had less than an inch of clearance with some being like a 16th of an inch. It took forever to get to my car and then on the way out the truck wasn't going to clear the lowest column due to how the weight of my car shifted the height of the truck. Josh pulled some maneuver to drop my car and pull it until we cleared that column. He also indicated that if necessary he would remove the light bar cover on the top of the truck if necessary. It was stressful and painstakingly slow but we finally made it out!! This is the first time I've ever had to be towed where not only was the driver not grumpy and grizzled, he went above and beyond to get the job done whereas others refused to even try. If he couldn't get my car out of the garage it would have been stuck there for who knows how long, and I would have missed my kid's soccer game that night. (Not this one) employee went to typing then confirmed the name of the part I brought in, to then tell me they aren't familiar with it. Even if they aren't familiar with it, it would be ever so helpful to know if autozone has it even if it isn't on hand in the back at that time. They have a well-stocked, well-organized inventory, and I'm glad that brand assistance can be done scanning QR codes these days. Checkout was fine. I didn't require assistance while I was there, but I did see one of the staff putting new wiper blades on some other customer's car when I pulled in, so there's that. I'm not sure if the prices are standard versus competitive, but for me, the location is very convenient.

I already called Lyft to get there in time. After that everything was nearly perfect Staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived. I was given a choice of two cars in my category. One had clearly been smoked in so I chose the other, which was absolutely clean with no smell. Staff member was thorough, including asking if I wanted help with anything. At my request, she went over the cruise control. I was 45 minutes late for my drop-off but that was no trouble with them. The intern drove me to the train station. He was pleasant and a safe driver. I will definitely book a rental car with them when I traveled to the area by train or a plane in the future and need a car.

On that occasion I had to wait for over a hour to get a car. Once again, the place is packed. There's one man running around - doing the paperwork and apparently cleaning cars (or at least that's what he's saying). Meanwhile there's another employee who is just calling people confirming their reservations for the end of the week. I am speechless that this woman continues to call people when there are at least 5 people in line behind me and several ahead of me. In between calls this employee plays on her phone and rolls around on her chair. Hopefully this bad experience is enough for me to remember NOT to come back here!

My vehicle was damaged in an accident and I had the rental for nearly a month and a half. I was treated respectfully and efficiently even when I had to extend the contract due to the repairs for my vehicle taking longer than expected. Patrick and Samantha were excellent to deal with and the entire experience with Enterprise helped to make an unpleasant situation a bit easier. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
