So called them up (just by luck of the draw) expecting to hear they were booked out past my due date. The lady in the office was just as nice as can be and set my mind at ease. She understood my situation and said that they would get it done so I didn't get fined. She set up the appointment, She explained it would be after his other appointments but he would be here as quick as he could. The day of the appointment I really expected him to cancel due to the fact I think it was the worst weather day so far this year. It was wet, cold, and very windy outside. CJ came out first thing this morning, took care of it and told us what the problem is that caused it. All for $225. He was polite as he efficient as was the person I talked to on the phone yesterday. On the negative side of things, I was told that they would come out and give me a free diagnostic before doing the work and upon their arrival I was called and was told that I would be getting the 99 dollar drain clear special but that if their was additional work that they charge 239 dollars an hour but that he would do the diagnostic and let me know. He called me a short time later and told me that he needed to move the washing machine to get to the pipe to clear the line. The line was an open pipe take out protruding above the washer and I had someone their that could have moved the washer and I was not called before doing the work.
