Had a major issues with the septic. Sparing everyone from all the details, needed someone right away to pump our septic. Brad's was very responsive and came right away... I called Sunday afternoon and he was able to help us out Monday! The price was very fair. I hadn't had a chance (or the time) to compare prices with other companies, however from my limited research and perusing reviews before calling, they were definitely in the ballpark of what I'd expect for a good price. Not a customer but live next door to a placed "Brads outhouse" .When they pumped it out waste covered debris clogged pump hose so they threw it in my garbage container. I called company to speak to owner it was "Brads" wife who said she was 50% owner, made some excuse, then told me it would'nt happen again. Several weeks later it happens again, I again call and this time ask for other 1/2, 50% owner ("Brad"). I guess "Brad" is to busy when specifically requested to handle repeat problem with his employees, the issue was passed on to their customer to deal with disgruntled me. Hope none of you potential customers have to answer to anyone for the mis doings of "Brads" employees it can be an UGLY situation. Our septic system was full because the property management company (Pathlight - awful company) failed to pump per the schedule and we ended up with a nasty mess with the plumbing. Luckily for us, Brads Septic finally got assigned to take care of us. Their tech came out on the weekend and promptly took care of the issue. We needed our septic tank inspected and called Brad's Septic Service. Eric was our service guy and was friendly, thorough, informative and gave us tips to keep our septic tank in good condition. Don't rely on these people (Brad's Septic Service) to do what you agreed upon. 3 weeks ago I called Brads Septic ask about having risers and lids installed on my septic tanks. I had already dug out and had the system inspected so I wanted to have removable lids install so that I wouldn't have to dig them out every 3 years for inspection. I told them this and took pictures, with measurements and texted to their office. They called back with price and said it would be about 3 weeks until they could do it as they had to get the materials and schedule their guys. I agreed to the $760 +/- price plus tax and install date. Even though I would like to have had it sooner as I had just dug them up, I didn't want to refill the pit only to have to re dig it out AND didn't want it to rain and fill the opening with rain water. The install was scheduled for Fri, Aug 12th 2022 between 3p-5p. I called on them on Mon. Aug 8th 2022 to confirm the install and was told that nothing had changed and we were still on. I get a call @ 8:30A and am informed that they just looked at the pictures and they didn't have the materials AND the cost was more that double the agreed upon price. MMS July 27, 2022 5:40pm "I have your riser installation scheduled for Friday, August 12 for the tech to arrive between one and 3 PM that day estimated cost is around $760 plus tax and I will watch for your photos to be able to give the guys everything we need to get this taken care of thank you " MMS July 28, 2022 11:59pm "2-36" lids, 8" between lids, 12" from bottom of lid to ground level. Who gets happy when they call to have their RV tank dumped? I DO!!! Every single time I call for service it is like talking to an old friend no matter who answers the phone. All of the service techs have been more than helpful in taking care of this old lady. When I first moved into my motorhome, my son had called I different company that charged over $200. After a couple of months of that, I was told about Brads. I called and now I pay under $100!!! I can afford that! So, thank you Brads!!! I am a customer for life!!! read more
