I had PR Septic do my required bi-annual septic inspection. Pat and his helper were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Pat noticed a potential problem with my septic system and even though it would still pass the inspection he offered to continue to investigate and troubleshoot the problem. I gave him the go ahead to continue digging thinking that at that point onwards a big bill was going to be racking up. Pat and his help found the problem, explained it to me and offered treatment suggestions. They spent an extra hour or two in the pouring rain going above and beyond what they had originally come out to do.
