I purchased my pool, (15 X 30) oval, from AAA Spa & Pools about 10 years ago. They have taken care of all of the pool needs. Servicing, Chemicals, and any problems that seem to arise. This is a company that stands up behind their warranties and they do what they say they will do. When the pool is having issues such as discolor or any other issues, AAA S & P can advise on what needs to be done to correct the problem. I would highly recommend this company! I have had them service my hot tub that was bought from another dealer who I had come out originally to fix my problem which they did not and I ended up having to close it down for the winter last year and was unable to use. I had several issues that were one after another. None of the ongoing issues were due to anything AAA did or didn't do. My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather. we bought our hot springs tub one year ago and had the best experience. no pressure to purchase just explained differences between models. we enjoyed the tub all through winter and suddenly seemed like chemicals were off. brought in water sample and got all the instructions to get back on track! truly appreciate the service! read more

My hot tub was delivered a week ago. I went in on Monday because one of the jets was defective. It kept popping out. Also, I didn't get any test strips and I was supposed to bring in a sample of water for the first time so they could show me how to keep my water levels at the right PH. I am medically exempt from wearing a mask. I have a letter from my doctor. In fact, I work from home because I cannot wear one. I was told I could not come in and that I must stand outside and call them. It was raining and cold. I don't see how standing outside in the rain and cold like a second class citizen is a reasonable accommodation. It is discrimination. Medical exemptions are still allowed by the governor. It is a retailers choice to discriminate. After waiting outside in the cold and rain for 15 minutes, they came outside and told me what I needed to do to my water, gave me the test strips and advised they would call me about the defective jet. It is three days later and I have not heard back about what to do with the defective jet. This is typical of my experience with them. It isn't their fault that hot tubs are on backorder. But I had to push and call them all the time trying to get updates on the status of it. Trying to get them to take my order. Trying to get them to take my down payment. They wouldn't return emails. I had to call and speak to the manager to get replies. Very hard company to deal with. I would expect better treatment after spending almost $7k. read more

I'm not sure how they consider themselves a pool service. I went in with a question about one of my pool hoses and fittings, the young employee I spoke to had no clue about a simple question and was not even willing to find out. How does a pool service not know what fittings are for hoses? Needless to say, I drove to Newark to another pool service and had help in a matter of minutes! I would not recommend AAA Spas & Pool Service unless all you need is your water tested! read more

I will warn anyone planning to put in a pool to NEVER do business with AAA Pool and Spa. They have done nothing but run me around from day 1. Rewind to first day of install at my house in Duncan Falls. The installer forgot to bring the extra insulation I had ordered for the sides of the pool, said nothing, went to lunch and I walked around looking at what was left in boxes and noticed it wasn't there. When he got back from lunch, I questioned him about it and he gasped and said he had forgotten it. Then, I had to make the trip into Zanesville at their warehouse to pick it up and deliver back to my home. Then...I recently got divorced and was told I had a limited amount of time to remove the pool from the premises. I called in May to be put on the waiting list to have my pool relocated at my new home. I was told 1-2 months. Then was told in July, it would be another month due to all the rain setting them back. Then they decide I need to pay 1/2 down to have it removed from the old property and stored at the new place and said it would be 1-2 weeks before they could set it up. So, I paid the 1/2 down, $1250.00. I called today to find out if my liner came in so they can get it set up and the woman tells me I am still far down on the waiting list and it wont be until at least the end of August. I am livid and will NEVER call them for any of my pool needs in the future. I suggest going to Buckeye Pools or call the pool places in Newark. Still waiting on this Summers first pool party. read more

Beautiful building, great selection of products, and the staff is terrific. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. We went in for spa chemicals and came out with Christmas gifts!!
