Did a great job on cleaning a very dirty couch in a place I'm renting. Airon was very friendly, offered a great price, finished when he said he would and he went the extra mile by cleaning a few spots on the carpet that had just been cleaned (by another company!). I was a little worried about the smell of the cleaning solution used, but it dissipated just as Airon said it would. My only small ding is that we'd agreed on a time and then he called that morning to ask if he could come later - during a time I had a conference call. Not very convenient. The did an excellent job with getting the Mililani's red dirt stain out, much better than expected. I posted the before and after picture on it too. I was quite pleased with how it turned out. With 4 kids and a dog, place attract outside dirt and gets messy pretty quick, and dirt and pet stains came out much much better than I anticipated. There were couple spots that he mentioned that it may not come out completely before the job was started, and even those spots were so much better than before. I had used AAA after seeing a lot of good reviews about them. The guy was nice and made everything seem quick and easy. I am only giving them 2 stars because I had high hopes after reading the reviews and seeing pictures, however, my experience was quite the opposite. None of my stains look any better (I knew they wouldn't go away completely, but they still look untouched). It doesn't even look like he spent much time trying to get rid of stains. Not only do the stains still look horrible, but tge caskets m carpets don't look any better. Also my carpets were left with this super rough crunchyness to it. For what I paid I guess I expected much more. I unfortunately will not be using them again. read more

I saw their ad in the Valpak to clean 3 rooms for $89.95 and I had a stain on my carpet in the waiting room of my office so I decided to sign up to take care of the stain and clean the rest of my small office. The cleaning just so happened to be scheduled on the day of the T-Mobile black out. This company was really good at communicating with me to let me know their technician would be late because they couldn't reach him. When he arrived he told me he bought a map to find my place since he couldn't use his GPS. He was very apologetic, courteous and professional. He insisted on getting to work right away to not hold me up any longer. Anyway he sprayed some special cleaner where the stain was and said he wasn't sure the stain would stay gone so we may have to do a deeper cleaning. He then offered that if the stain came back he would return at no charge and use a different machine. I appreciated the offer but it has now been over a week and the stain has not come back. His name was Mitchell. I had previously put 2 different cleaners on this stain and it always returned within 2 days. Professional and affordable, I highly recommend! read more

Airon came and cleaned my couch and my area rug, and because I have 4 kids, the youngest is still an infant, I did not have to worry about long lasting unsafe chemicals.
