AAA Superior did a great job cleaning my carpets and upholstery. Airon arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional. He took about two hours to complete the job. The carpets dried pretty fast but the upholstery took all day and all night to dry. He did a great job on the carpets; they came pretty clean. As for the upholstery, I did notice that there was an improvement in the stains but I didn't expect him to get them all out because the stains were pretty gross. There was a slight improvement and my upholstery did look a little cleaner and I'm ok with that. I am satisfied with this company and the price is reasonable. I would hire them again. read more

An appointment was made between 9-10 a.m.for my carpet to be cleaned. At 10:30 a.m. I called the company to see why the technician had not arrived. Anna said that she had called and left a messsage explaining that they were late. When I checked the messages, there was no messages nor was the business phone number in the history of calls. Airon finally came at 11:00, and offered no apology for the tardiness. I was disappointed in the lack of professional courtesy from both Anna and Airon. I received a coupon in the mail for this company so I called and thEy were friendly and quick to answer back. I sent pictures of my sofa and ottoman and they gave me an estimate for everything. When the man saw the carpet in person he suggested the deep clean which is an additional $100. It was fast, the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5, originally it was to be at 9, then moved to 1 and he was running a little late, understand later in the day. However, because it was later, it too longer to dry. Had it been done at 9, it would have been dry by evening when is when we used that room. My wife found a coupon as a mailer and called AAA Superior Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. She spoke to Airon and he dispatched a team member to our house quickly and promptly. Airon quoted her a price that was higher than the mailer offered. When they showed up the team member said to get the pet smell out would be an additional $125. When complete the carpet smelled worst than before. After it dried it was a little better but not what expected after paying the additional amount. I called Airon and he said he had a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. He has great customer skills! I liked that. When the team member showed up again he put quite a few more chemicals down and buffed over them again. The smell was bad again and when dried was a little better than the first time. My wife called Airon again and discuss her concern, he reluctantly agree to refund my wife the additional pet fee as it didn't work. He would have rather come out and do the carpet again. After the last cleaning the carpet started to change colors. I live in Government housing and can not afford to replace the carpet. The refund was to be sent back in September.
